  8. I don't know why Courts are acting like this? I can understand and even support if some politician will come up with building Mandir but courts are not consistent in der judgements. Also, we have former Modi advocate in SC, who is getting all the cases where the government needs favourable judgement.

  9. Shekhar Gupta ji, with all due respect you are wrong in saying BJP uses Religion to unite what caste divide. They are using religion to create hatred and uniting people on basis of that hatred. So in simple words, BJP is not doing politics of religion. They are doing politics of HATRED. There is nothing clutter about BJP politics now. Note - I used to be BJP supporter till 2017 but started looking deep into it and mainly Modi ji politics, work, hype, etc; 3 months after Demonetisation.

I was looking into all the news of Dalits or muslims getting beaten up, killing in train in Rajsthan, Children enacting the play to destroy Babari Mosque, cow vigilante, Love Jihad darama, hateful Hindu and Muslim leaders speeches,etc. Obviously it is still within control and is managed by one political power or another. However, this beating of a muslim boy by his classmates on the encouragement of der teacher is far more dangerous than any Gunda beating someone. They are students of primary school and der teacher is like this. It has reached our children and it is against our national interest. I don't think China, Pakistan or any other country can damage this much. Your National Interest has a huge impact. No CTC, No Editorial will have that much impact. Could you please do a National Interest on this.

  16. China is a bully and modern colonial power. That's why they become rich in so little time. It was like the British looted India. Unless u r having a colonial mindset, Top down approach doesn't work for poors. That's why, I don't appreciate the top down approach i.e. if the rich will get money it will tricle down to the poor. Yes, it seems beneficial in the beginning but it is going to show its true colours in future. So it is better for India now, but we have to find an alternate way of this approach. Example - Europe and USA got benifits of globalisation and free market in the beginning. Now they are seeing the side effects of these and people of poorer countries are going to Europe and USA and hence things like Brexist and Trump protectionism, etc.

They cannot say that our religious ancestors had left this land 2k years ago and it was our holy land and hence we can come back anytime. What about all Buddhists in the world who try to live in Gaya? Will India or local people allow that? Israel captured Palestinian land in 1900 with the help of Britain, a colonial power. Then in 1948 happened and they won the war with the help of the British. In 1967 UN created two state solutions and still Israel has captured lands. They have created colonies and treated Palestinian people like anything. HAMAS was encouraged by Israel and it is an open secret. Yes HAMAS killed innocent people. But what about Israel? Did you follow the news? They were killing people everyday in every captured land, outside Israel's main land. HAMAS is not in the West bank. What Israel is doing der? About Hizbullah. Which innocent Israeli citizen was killed by them? Hizbullah was bombing those parts which was captured by Israel in 2006 war with Lebanon and not Israeli main land. As you said, HAMAS is a terrorist organisation. Even Modi ji didn't recognise that. But let's agree on that. So a state will do the same or worse than what a terrorist is doing? They will kill everyone without considering they were terrorist or not? Israel said that Bcz People of GAZA elected HAMAS, they deserve this. So if HAMAS is using the same logic, that people of Israel elected Netanyahu and hence they deserve this? If they use the same logic that Bcz der was one Israeli Soilders or leader who has supported the killings of Palestinians, hence they killed 1200 people in Oct last year? Israel used the same logic to kill 400 people in the UN refugee camp. For me, HAMAS is a terrorist organisation and Israel is a terrorist state.

And I am sure, it will not not be considered a blunder like Rajiv Gandhi's Shahbano case but it will be a triumph of Modi ji politics and it will be a great way to end his 2nd term.

It is actually a political problem where socity is being trained for all kind of nonsense by political party and its followers. So society is divided on these issues based on Religion and political views. This is the source and some muslim hate mongers are also doing that.   36. How did you know anything about this government? No report has been published by this government. 2019, before covid, Unemployment was highest in 42 years. How is it possible that der are infrastructure projects and der is no jobs? And yes der are many visible infrastructure projects and Gadkari has done good work. But it can happen that these are the only projects and hence no additional jobs. Actually apart from few road projects, one bullet train project and 1-2 airport, der is nothing. Atal ji created Gramin Sadak which continued during Manmohan ji government, which created jobs.

Simply, I am telling that a judge who took part in a case, that too of a molestation case against himself is not a judge to be heard of. It is like a police officer will work on an FIR filed against him, a Politician deciding on his own Corruption case, etc. SC might have declared him innocent, but he himself was looking after that case. It's great if you think that it was a good step. And Looking at your comment, you will ask if der is any law, article, etc to prohibit him from overlooking on that bench. So no, there is no law. But again, no one thought that people sitting on such a high post would do something like that. Now Basic Structure Doctrine. First of all, did you watch this video before asking this? Everyone knows that it is not written in words in the constitution but deprived of it by SC. It has been there for 50 years now. Quoted in many judgments. Now give me one example of any BJP leader, any RSS leader even speaking even once against this before 2024. I think in the last 25 years or after 1980, no congress leader has spoken against it. All have accepted it. Basic Structure is like the Soul of Human beings. Have you ever seen Soul? Do you believe in Hinduism? Do you have a Soul? Der is few things which is non changeable in a democracy, like Freedom of people, jobs , religion, etc. Basic Structure is a word for explaining all these with one line. But I know, you know this. 😉 Only a person whose view on people's freedom, Liberty changes with change in government, will think like that. The person will even give up his/ her freedom for the sake of his support for a particular kind of government.

So I didn't leave my home and get rid of my responsibility. But obviously I am not great like Modi ji who left home when his family, his mother needed him to work and help them meet der requirements. He is a Fakeer, seer or Saint, I am not. Also I have an easy way to take caste reservation and get a job but I didn't do that too. You can say that I was a fo ol who didn't believe in caste. But again Modi ji proved me wrong by bringing another Caste Bill and I saw my friends, media and everyone who were against reservation, turning upside down to support it or keeping der mouth shut. People like me, don't have eco chambers. I voted for Modi in 2014 when I thought he was great for the country. After Notebandi, he is not that Modi. Just check that. Just compare it. If you think about the country, people and not about one person or political party, then see what Modi achieved. 5 trillion, 3rd largest economy, etc are eye wash. If India grows with 1% then also it will become 5 trillion economy someday. If it grows at 3%, it will become 3rd largest one day. See for real. Any country which will be filled with hate against one community or other, will never become a great economy or a prosperous country.

  47. We didn't have cable in Village. I used to watch movies on every Friday and Saturday on Doordarshan. I slept only twice while watching any movie and that movie was "Guide" and "Jwell Theif". I watched these movies later when I was 24-25 and really loved this movie and understood why a child slept while watching this movie. He made some worst movie in later part of 90's and early 2000. Yet, he was great star and he livied like that.
