  6. 20:30 Uhhhh no. They have an incentive to make money, and if they can convince people that their best option is to buy a new device then they will. They still get to be the good guys though, because they make independent repair sound bad, and they try to make customer experiences with independent repair worse by restricting availability of parts and repair information, which the average person doesn’t know about.
