  1. My parents cooked food from scratch and as a family of six, none of us had health issues. Food can be healing if it is whole and organic. It’s the pesticides, allergens, preservatives, processed foods, extra sugar and salt that are causing problems. Btw, I made Peet’s light roast coffee via DIY pour over (a hole in a paper cup and paper filter). I think it was the best coffee I’ve had so far. ☕️🎉

  2. My left ear is deaf due to meningitis at four months. I shared this because even within the hard-of-hearing community, folks may not understand each other unique experiences. But, the good thing is that we are not alone with this challenge and that there are people who can help us live well in spite of the challenges. I’m glad that you found a way to live well. ✨
