Here in northern Belgium most people are just as good as English as you. but in Russia people don't want to learn other languages. i noticed Russians would rather watch movies with a very lazy voice over dub with 1 actor instead of using subtitles. i saw some stats that said there are more bi lingual people in the USA than in Russia but most bi lingual people in the USA learn Spanish not Russian.
