  3.  @erenyeeagah204  it's not an excuse, it's an analogy to point out the flaw in the "he was proven innocent" excuse. Firstly, Jackson was never proven innocent. The verdicts are guilty or not guilty Stop clinging to a 17 year old case that was wrongly dismissed. Again, the verdict was not guilty for ONE BOY ONLY, why are you ignoring his other victims? The verdict does not mean that he was innocent or that he was not a pedophile. He paid off several other victims multiple millions of dollars to silence them. Two more victims are going to be having their cases heard in Court in the future. Lots of evidence was found of Michael Jackson's guilt. Being found “not guilty” of a crime doesn’t mean the accused didn’t do it and doesn’t mean the accused is proven innocent”. It just means the “accused wasn’t convicted. What is putting the evidence before a court of law for? To try to convince a jury of peers that the evidence against him met the burden of proof. In this 2005 case, a jury of MJ’s “peers” (odd how the celebrity worshipped around the world as a god / "the king of pop" could have any impartial peers don't you think? ) determined the evidence that they were presented with by the prosecution (evidence that wasn’t blocked by the defence because it was too incriminating) did not meet the burden of proof. Michael Jackson's received celebrity Justice from biased jurors who were fans. That is all. OJ Simpson was also found not guilty of the murder of his wife, he was not innocent because he murdered her. It is naive to act like a court verdict can change whether a person committed a crime or not. R Kelly was also acquitted and found not guilty in 2008, but he was just as guilty as Michael Jackson of the same crime.

  4.  @JacksonStar4757  James was abused in bed, in hotel rooms in closets, in showers, in tee pees etc... the train station was there much earlier than the records indicate and there was a earlier station there when he was a boy. Even if he had a mix up dates, this was caused by the trauma from the abuse.

The train station was actually built before the permit was given according to Michael Jackson's photographer Harrison funk so it was built before September 1993. There is also evidence of an earlier train station on that same site. Regardless of this fact, it is very common with survivors of CSA to have mix-ups in their memory due to the abuse. This is because it was so traumatising that they forget minor details such as dates or maybe which room they were abused in. Human memory is fallible, so if he's wrong about the date, it is a memory issue not lie. He was abused in multiple locations, there would be no reason to lie about a train station.

But he didn't get to experience a childhood, so in order to experience one, he needed to sleep with boys during their childhoods until they got too old, then he got younger boys to sleep with to experience their childhoods until they got too old, then he got younger boys to sleep with... and on and on until he died. He ended up experiencing more "childhoods" than anyone on the planet.

He turned down the role within Cirque du Soleil because of the pressures of work commitment and having a kid. This is when the trauma of the abuse was starting to really affect him.

You cannot tell what a true victim would or would not do. You want him to be innocent so badly that you're willing to deny all the evidence.   39. I've done unbiased research and I can confidently say that he is 1000% guilty of abusing boys. The building did exist, it's just not officially recorded. Wade was abused in other locations, he could have been abused multiple times while he stayed at Neverland at one particular time. It has been shown that Wade was left alone with Jackson.
