I hit 30, did not care was married and had bigger issues. Hit 40 and I was like, ok my GF is still in her 20s, cool. I hit 50 and realized life is better without females mucking it up, building old muscle cars is so much more enjoyable and fun. I have 6 years until I hit 60, what can I get done before then? Probably a lot more if I don't waste time on females.
Females like the one who wrote that are far too common and typical. I made mistakes in my life, getting married was a big mistake both times, but despite all of the times I was put back to zero, I still achieved, experienced, and did things, and explored the world quite a bit.
Ok time to stop laughing at these females and head out to the shop to continue building my 1968 LeMans 'race' car and get the supercharger on it to enjoy 1000hp. :) It makes over 700 NA..

@ImagineOnward ah yes, I suppose I should elucidate upon the unfortunate consequences of her inglorious actions....
She choose poorly and is having a bad time.
We hooked up in December 2003, she moved in with me in early 2004, we had been talking online since August 03. I was 34, she was 21. After enduring 89 years with my first ex I knew what I did not want, and would dump any woman, no matter how hot, if she displayed any of the negatives my first ex had.
She was everything she claimed to be for 8 years, absolutely wonderful, we never argued, never raised our voices, and she initiated spicy fun times often.
The bare minimum was 3 times a week, and she was GOOOOOOOD at it. Kegels starting when she was 12, and she managed to finish me with the mouth hug and head bob when very few women could.
She nearly changed my mind about women. Then after nearly 9 years together we got married so she could get some of my health care.
That was late 2011, in 2012 I was exposed to some chemicals that messed up my lungs, while painting some stuff for her dad. Exertion was painful, just walking ten steps left me winded, it was like someone had cargo straps wrapped around my chest preventing me from breathing.
We figured out what was causing it, got meds, and I started improving in late February 13. In April she met this guy who was 7 years younger than she is, 20 younger than I am, and he was rather desperate. His previous romantic interest was a 36 year old, 5'3, 250lb mother of two, who's father and brother had to run him off to keep him from following her around and showing up at her house at night. He's on the spectrum you could say, she is somewhat as well.
Nobody who worked with him liked him, her parents loathed him, he was one of those delusional entitled types who felt he should be in charge his first week working somewhere, so he got fired from every job. He was about two inches taller than I am, but at 24 he was already going bald with a bozo the clown type hair ring around the back of his head. His chin was swathed in jowls like some nefarious evil banker in the movies, and he had no muscle to speak of.
There is a reason most women ignored and were repulsed by him. However, my ex thought this kid was her soulmate. I sent her a text when she didn't come home, and I found the car I let her drive parked next to his truck outside a motel. Told her not to come home, nothing there for her, and all her stuff was going to Goodwill.
She abandoned her pets with me, dropped every responsibility she had to be with this kid. She had met him at a training event for firefighters, she was made chief of our local VFD because nobody else wanted it and her 120lbs was not going to pull anyone out of buildings. She brought him on at a township meeting, and all of the other 12 members quit, because they loathed that guy so much. They all knew him, nobody liked him anywhere he went. So our VFD was her and him...
Then he bailed on her after 3 or 4 years, I don't keep track but my neighbors tell me about her, without me asking. She is unpopular to say the least. Currently she is alone, unwanted, her mother is paying her bills since her dad died back in Feb this year. I liked her dad, he treated me good but let his wife dictate to him, so he got on my bad side.
She left at 30, has been alone for the last 6 years, is now 41, no future, no prospects, and her VFD job pays her $500 a month.
What did she leave behind for that kid? A very muscular, very capable and competent, two war combat veteran, that can walk now because when I couldn't do much in 2012. getting sick allowed me to heal. She was with me and stayed through the medical boards and all the health problems I had from my last deployment in 04, and knew what my ex was like. I was able to get around and do fun things before 2012, starting around 2008 or 09, but it was a slow recovery.
She left right when I was healed and the first wife was going to be paid off in 2015... which would open up another $1200 a month. She could have been with me through the entire project of building my shop, house, and landscaping my yard, all of which she enjoys doing. I have a really nice 13 acre plot of woodland, and my forest is enjoyable to walk through.
Now I build the old muscle cars, many of which I have owned for decades. The first one was a 1967 Cougar that I bought two months before she was born when I was 13, in 1982. I still have that car, but I haven't driven it since 1987, its waiting its turn in my shop. I have a couple of trucks and two GTOs (a very rusty 69 and the 70 I drove for a daily from 1994 to 2004) ahead of it on the list. That is what my videos are, vehicle builds and stuff around here.
In 2009 her dad sold me the truck he got her to drive to uni, and I still have it. A 1988 C1500 short box. He was going to scrap it, but it has zero rust so I gave him double the scrap value, $500. Its getting a 6.0 LS swap, slammed to the weeds, and painted her favorite red orange color, with heavy flake and pearl. Then I will use her truck to take my trash to the township dumpster, because I have to drive by where she lives to dump my trash. Its going to be a cool build and man does that low mileage truck drive nice.
Yeah, I am just petty enough that I will drive her truck past where she lives, and make sure she sees it finished the way she wanted it.
She doesn't drink, so no boxed wine for her, but she is destined to be alone now. Poor choices and lack of impulse restraint have consequences.

In 1993 I got married, I was 24 she was 20. It was a living nightmare after the first kid was born, then she put away the irrational argumentative bipolar stuff and was nice for a while to get another. Bought a house in 1996 and she got progressively worse. I stayed to protect my two daughters from her. She thought I should hand over my entire paycheck to her and allow her to decide where the money went. Problem is, bipolar women are notoriously bad with money, and allowing her any access always resulted in overdrafts, bad checks, and the utilities being shut off. In 2001 she ran off with another couple, moved my kids 1500 miles away, and filed for divorce. They gave her everything of value, saddled me with all the debt, and took 71% of my gross to give to her.
I had no idea what bipolar was, how to spot it, what they do, and I really didn't know that in a divorce the man is always guilty and the woman is always the innocent victim, regardless of what transpires.
I rebuilt my life and met a homely 21 year old virgin in 2003. We talked daily for six months before meeting face to face. I vetted her extensively, and she turned out to be a very good person, absolutely wonderful to me. We lived together until 2011 then got married. We spent that time rebuilding my life, building a future together, waiting for the child support to the first to end in 2015. Didn't make it that far, she thought she could do better in 2013. Her mother and sisters told her to leave me for this kid she met who was 20 years younger than me, 7 younger than her. Then they met him, and did not like him. We were married for 16 months. She is alone and unwanted now, her mother is supporting her since her dad passed last February. Her dad had to support her 'soulmate' and her while she was with him, dude could not keep a job because he felt entitled to be in charge on his first day.
She got all the property except my old rusty cars and my tools. She knew better than to go after my money. If she had she knew there would be a large fire where everything I had was in it, and then she would have to clean up a huge mess of gray matter. 50% to 70% of nothing is still nothing, so take nothing and go away. She should have listened to her dad and begged me to take her back.
Here we are, nearly 11 years later. I bought 13 acres of woodland in 2013, sold some car parts and my parents loaned me $2k to add to the down payment. Lived in my car, an old RV, and rented a room from a friend until 2015 when the child support ended and I started building on my land. Built my house, a 32x48x12 shop with a lift where I can build my rusty old cars into something drivable and nice. I sacrificed heavily so I could pay it off early, and did exactly that in Feb 2021. I've been debt free since then.
Now lets say I am daft enough to get married again. I own several old muscle cars that I managed to keep through all of that, and have been rebuilding them. A judge is going to give her my land, home, and whatever she wants of the vehicles I have owned for decades, along with most of my income, and she doesn't have to be married to me for more than a year.
WHAT INCENTIVE IS THERE FOR A MAN TO MARRY?
What incentive is there for a woman to marry then divorce?
No, I don't even date anymore. For the first time in 54 years I have enough money to not only survive, but live comfortably and do whatever the hell I damn well please when I want to do it.

I grew up on a farm, worked in factories as a machinist, in auto repair shops as a mechanic and the owner, was in the USAF for years.... while we had women in the factories and military, they did all the soft, easy, clean jobs, and the men did all the dangerous, dirty, heavy lifting work. The funny thing is we all got paid the same, they did a fraction of the work and got paid what men doing real work were paid.

They can earn their own money now, but still want ours. They will not be loyal, they will not be faithful, they will step out behind your back. I am 54 and have quite a few friends who are close to my age, we are mostly car guys. Gearheads who build old stuff. One guy lost his wife to cancer last year. He is having a rough time. The rest of us have been divorced, I have twice. After the nightmare those two and all the others I dated have put me through, there is not much interest for them left in me.
I live alone intentionally, my house is built to suit me and women are uncomfortable here. My focus is on my shop and the builds I do in it. They did not 'hurt' me. The wives both left me sleeping in old cars and trucks, the first got most of my income for 15 years after the divorce. Working for the benefit of someone who mistreated and betrayed you is the ultimate insult. There is no way I can even care about women, individually or as a whole after what was done to me by them and at their behest. The only female I will do anything for is my 26 year old daughter.
I do not need them, nor do I want them. I want GTO and TransAm parts.

I've been there, eastern Europe, both ends of Asia, western Africa. Currently I am having far too much fun and getting too much enjoyment building my old muscle cars to travel the world or leave the country. In Seoul Korea even at 5'8 I was like a celebrity, women were asking to take their picture with me.
Russian women would hit on me outside the bars where they worked in Korea. Yeah they were there to make money off us GIs 20 years ago. They were still looking for good masculine men to be with.
Arab women are simply amazing, but its nearly impossible to meet them, never mind how difficult it is to marry them.
When I was stationed in Germany 30 years ago and the Berlin Wall came down, that was when I saw eastern European women the first time. They had an edge on western women at that time, but now they absolutely crush them.
DON'T MISUNDSERSTAND... they are ALL wired the same, they will all do and are attracted to the same things, and fitness tests from eastern European women are thermonuclear. In the US they are annoying and petty, but with Russian speaking women, they want to know for damn sure they got a leader, not someone playing at or faking it. She will test you, and that will include having her friends you haven't met hit on you in public to see how you react. Then she will accuse you to see how you handle it.
Outside the west they are still women, still feminine, and they want a strong leader. Don't bring them back here. My cousin did and she dumped him as soon as she got her green card. I warned him... and he is literally 6'7" tall, Viking looking and named Chad. She became very interested in me when she discovered I can speak some Russian. Not conversational, but enough to get the point across.
If you want one, learn her language, Tagalog, Russian, Japanese, whatever she speaks... that pays dividends for as long as she sticks around.

My final divorce was in 2013, ten years ago. I have dated a bit since then, but every minute I spend with them, I am thinking about what else I can be doing. I built my house, the shop where I build my cars was also built by me, and I am debt free after buying my land in 2013, and taking out a building loan in 2015. I drive a 1965 GTO and 1970 Cuda all summer as my daily drivers, have passive income just under $100k so I can build hotrods and muscle cars for fun. I don't have to sell them to pay for the next one. Next year I will have the 76 C10 on the road, and a it will pull my race car (1100hp once I put the blower on 1968 LeMans) to the track. the Pontiac shortblock for that thing cost $14k to build, its good for around 3000hp with turbos.
All of that after starting out at zero with just some rusty old cars the ex wives did not want. TEN YEARS.. if I had never gotten married I would have been at this point 20 years ago.
I had my fun with women in my youth, and it cost me dearly. All those wasted years because they wrongly assumed they could do better than me. I can get tuna scent on my bits any time I want, just did on Sunday night, then she went home. The peace and quiet living out here in the woods without someone nagging and disrespecting me is glorious.

@Carlos.Rivera Pontiac mostly. This is going to sound like a brag, but keep in mind that I buy VERY rusty cars that are usually not even good parts cars, and rebuild them. I do that to stay busy and its cheaper than buying one already finished.
I rebuild rusty junk because they are cool cars, I want to drive them, and it keeps me busy while providing purpose for my life. When you go from being a highly capable man who can do damn near anything, to being able to walk 100feet a day, it messes with you. building cars makes me feel productive, even if I am a lot slower than I was before I got hurt in the desert.
My dad left me a car when he died in 2020, its a 1973 Barracuda cloned into a 70 AAR Cuda, with that eye searing great idea for a getaway vehicle lime green paint. Its the nicest car I own... and one of the slowest.
65, 69, 70, 72 GTOs. The 65 is my daily driver, the 69 is a basket case, the 72 hasn't been driven since 1997. The 70 has been waiting for its turn in my shop.
64, 65, 68, 71, 72 LeMans, they become race cars and fun projects like straight axle gassers. Look that up if you don't know what it is. They are cool.
Then I have Firebirds. 68 that is really rusty 71, 72, 74, 78, 79 and 98 Formulas. Four 79 TransAms. Three of these are very rare cars worth quite a lot of money when I get them finished.
Also have a 32 Pontiac, a 29 Ford both are rusty shells, 72 Ventura its like a Nova, 71 Mustang fastback, 84 Mustang convertible, 67 Cougar (my first car I bought in 1982), and a pair of Opel GTs I plan to turn into terrifying things with big engines.
A couple C10s, 76 and 84, the 84 I am building for my daughter. 88 C1500 that was my 2nd ex wife's and I am building it the way she wanted it, then using it to take my trash to the township dumpster, because I have to drive by where she lives to do it. I bought it from her dad, he was going to scrap it, but it has zero rust.
Along with that I have a bunch of 1997 to 2007 trucks, we get lots of snow here, the roads are heavily salted so I drive these 4x4 trucks in winter. End up needing parts for them, so I have several.
The most I ever paid for a vehicle was $7500, that was the 1998 Formula in 2004. The majority of them were purchased for $500 or less. I've had quite a few for 20 years, five for 30 years, and one for 41 years. I just never sold them, rather I put them away and drove something else over the years. Also now my parts cars are valuable as drivers, so I am rebuilding what was only good for a parts car 40 years ago.
I had a 1980 BMW 520 when I was stationed in Germany 1989-1991, was not very impressed with it. Slow and handled terribly. Sold it to my boss and ended up with the 1979 Formula.
I am big into cars and trucks. Its why I still exist, because the hardship in my life would have driven most people to end it. The cars keep me busy and thus alive. If you think I am making it up, click my name and see for yourself. :)

Sniper? Recon? Logistics? No.. they cannot do that, they do not pack the gear required to complete the job. To do the same as one average guy takes 5 or more of them. They can't run very far, they can't carry anything while doing it, they have no endurance, no speed, and they can't manage their emotions. My USAF job was logistics, air cargo where I loaded aircraft and pushed pallets that can weigh 10,000lbs each. Over 6000lbs you cannot get enough of them behind it to move it, and I can move then by myself, because I was saddled with them in the 1990-91 airlift... and I got HUGE from being overworked.
I could pick up 200lbs and run up three stories hundreds of times during a 12 hour shift. They have a difficult time with 40lbs, its simple biology.
