  43. I thought for sure this would be about how California plays a shell game with ticket money. So they can lie and say they don't use tickets to fund the highway patrol, they use dmv money usually reserved for road maintenance in order states, and send that to the chp, in the exact amount they made in tickets. While the ticket money disappears into corrupt politicans pockets. Never to be heard of again. That's why our roads suck.

Calls them safe despite them not being able to pass car safety regs, which is why they are classified as utility vehicles with their worse stopping distance, worse visibility, worse cornering, more likely to roll, and more likely to end the passengers when it rolls.
