The only way a tank will have any chance of survival on a modern battlefield is to have an active defence system that can intercept the drone or missile before it impacts the tank

Kaylee and the black girl agreed to show up and fight and things went from there. Smashing her head into the road wasn't self defense she already had the fight won it was excessive force and regardless of her being tried in juvenile or adult court she will be found guilty. The difference is if she gets tried in juvenile court and found guilty the worst sentence she can receive is to be held in a juvenile detention centre until she's 21.
