The family of the African girl were telling the media what a high achieving student she us so she clearly has some brains so you can't use the excuse she's only 15. She started smashing her head into the ground because she knew it would do more damage than punching her she knew exactly what she was doing. There are too many people on here making excuses for her some even justifying what she did. If she gets tried as an adult and found guilty she's going to prison for a long time..

  32.  @megamanvolnutt89  she's having a hearing to decide if she is going to be charged as an adult and she has been charged with first degree felony assault which is the equivalent of attempted murder. If she is tried as an adult and found guilty of the charge the sentence is no less than 10 years and no more than 30 and being found guilty of that offence she will be classed as a dangerous felony offender which means she will have to serve at least 85% of her sentence before she's eligible for parole. She started smashing her head on the ground because she knew it would do more damage the white girl was unconscious on the first head slam but she kept smashing her head into the ground she didn't stop as soon as she knew she wasn't a threat. These were two feuding girls one showed up to have a fist fight the other to maim or kill the girl that showed up to maim or kill is the worse of the two. Not long after this incident a 14 year old African American boy in the same state showed up to have a fist fight and was stabbed to death. The person who did the stabbing was the worse of the two combatants.

In Missouri they don't have an attempted murder charge they have first degree felony assault and it's when you attempt to kill or seriously injure someone and that's what she did so it's the correct charge and the only one she could realistically face based on the severity of the assault.

The storm shadow has terrain mapping which can't be jammed they're still doing a lot of damage. The Excalibur shell was reduced to around 7% hit rate because it relied solely on GPS. The JDAM improved their hit rates with software updates and the small diameter bombs hit rate dropped by aircraft has been hitting at 90%
