I'm quitting my mid-high 6 figures a year job to go explore the world. I have enough passive real estate income to support my lifestyle. I am so spiritually against what is going on in America.

Japan however has amazing scenery, traditional and feminine women, and a school system that doesn't brainwash feminism and wacky newage Western ideas to the children. Great tea and hot springs too.

My favorite dude right here

It's going to be difficult to give up a 7 or 800,000$ per year job in the US in my 30s as an MD/ diagnostic radiologist. However, I'm so spiritually against what is going on in the US that for me it's a no-brainer.

I'm 38 yo, relatively wealthy (financially free), but I don't want to buy $500K real estate to live somewhere. How else can I get a residence permit for Malaysia?
16
Come to China. My girlfriend is 10X more brainwashed by CCP propaganda than the most woke person in California. The East isn't exempt from ignorance and massive propaganda.
16
@escalatedpumpkin The difference is, in the West if you look hard enough you can actually search for truth and tell it to your friends. People can be convinced of the truth. In China if you try to convince someone of the truth too much, a bunch of police will be visiting your house once a week. I've lost dear girlfriends from China because I questioned the CCP to them and they simply were offended or were uncomfortable to chat about it and eventually it blew up the relationship.
15
How are the women? I moved on from Western feminism and entitled women long ago
14
I moved from the US in early 2023 but I'm still getting guilt trips from family and friends that I should come back..
12
The Philippines has the worst quality food in the 40+ countries I've visited. Malaysia, Korea, and Vietnam has some of the best.
11
@christopherbradley5575 If a dude told you he's quitting his job at McDonald's because he doesn't want to get a vaccine it doesn't show you the strength of his convictions and beliefs because he doesn't really lose anything in doing so.

Andrew loves saying Malaysia has great food. All dishes are 80% rice. I've spent a good amount of time in Malaysia. Japan and Korea have much more interesting, healthy, and tasty cuisine.
10
Come to Southeast Asia you'll see something very different
10
'Had a good time in Malaysia'.. I guess you failed to mention their totalitarian military lockdown. Military patrolling in the streets. Not allowed on the beach or if you were you had to just walk through and wear a mask. Also the fact that you could not travel to another state in Malaysia without approved papers from the Malaysian government, this lasted through 2020 and 2021. Andrew please be honest with your viewers. Malaysian was one of the most restrictive and oppressive countries in the world during this ordeal.

A foreign country is in NO obligation to speak English for your convenience. You want to spent time there? Learn THEIR language.
9
Never was a Europe guy. I like gritty and raw kind of places (Asia)
9
@patricksweeney5308 Just learn Spanish. It's the easiest language to learn for English speakers (Category 1) "languages most closely related to English". Japanese and Mandarin are Category 5. Spanish is a joke to learn, immerse for 3-4 months and you're fluent. No excuses. Stop trying to Englishize the whole world mate

I live in the Philippines. 3 years in country legally allowed on a tourist visa. Leave once, 3 years starts again. No permanent residency needed. Having the time of my life here, never felt so appreciated.
8
@ibrahim_sultan101 I can think of at least 10 business ideas off the top of my head
8
Its fine, I've been to 8 countries during Covid. When you live on the internet you tend to mischaracterize and exaggerate needlessly
8
I would say the Philippines probably has the kindest, however Malaysia is better quality everything else.
8
Hot and humid year round?
7
I ain't renouncing.. but I certainly want to spent as little time in the woke feminist communist sh**hole that the US has become
7
Hello, I'm a board-certified diagnostic radiologist. I'm curious if I can do this M.D. job in Georgia and pay 1% tax? I speak Russian if that matters but my medical training is obviously in English. Thanks!
7
Oahu is my place for best weather in the world (shirts and sandals year round). 70-86F year round with low humidity. CA surfing isn't great and you need to wear a wetsuit (unlike Hawaii).
7
@zaptosmedia4707 No we have issues with entitled overweight feminists

General crime throughout the entire country of America is significantly been down and has been falling since the late 90s. Things you hear from Andrew or isolated incidents you see on TV are obviously not the whole picture. I've been living outside of America for the last decade while making money in America but Andrew is often disingenuous. He criticizes US real estate except US real estate has by far the best financing, best returns, and best tax benefits in the world (on real estate). Obviously someone who renounced has an inherent bias to justify their decision. I am Geo-arbitraging outside of the US but unlike Andrew I don't need to lie about anything to anyone. Andrew knows most viewers won't bother to look it up.

Countries popular for 2nd residencies (Panama and Malaysia come to mind) have had much, much more restrictive lockdowns than the US. I spent the last 2 years in South Korea who IMO has had the strictest 2 week quarantine in the world coming in. For all that is wrong with the US, they aren't restricting their citizens nearly as much as other countries.
6
I agree based on experience. I believe it's a bit different with each woman, but once she hits 3-5 guys with romantic involvement, something flips in her head and she's not able to love a man in the way he wants and to give the treatment your father and grandfather got from his wife.
6
You didn't want to pay the $60K, don't blame you.
6
Why do I feel like I've heard this interview before?
6
@jschrager23 easy to get a vaxx card. No test or vaccine needed to enter Colombia which is awesome
5
@jschrager23 Florida is great. We have a condo in Miami. But not great enough for me to trap myself in the US pumping my fists, and never going anywhere else. I'm a traveler and explorer, not going to stay in one place for years in the name of anti-Covid-vaxx. You do you though
5
Johnny if that's really you I'm a big fan. I have been giving the marriage thing a lot of consideration and as a mid-30s single financially free, M.D., I have decided to settle in Taiwan or Japan to have my family. Happy to discuss. First, traveling to a bunch of countries. As you mentioned, the US is not a place to get married. It's not even the marriage laws that are the problem, it's a lack of women who are good girlfriends.
5
Do I need to renounce my US citizenship, to avoid capital gains taxes on Crypto (if I'm living in Portugal) ?
5
@Oxatwork Andrew said crime in America is up which is a lie. He didn't say crime in Chicago or minneapolis, he said crime in america. This is just one of many examples where Andrew pushes a narrative which benefits his business or his bias but is actually false. Similar to when he kept saying Malaysia has more freedom and liberty than legacy brand countries meanwhile there was a totalitarian military lockdown for a year and a half. People just listen blindly and never verify.
5
@misterdance480 From the tallest dry powder snow for skiing-boarding in Hokkaido, to the highest quality and beautiful green tea farms in Kyoto, to the best mineral hot springs in Oita, Japan is the most geographically, nature, and culturally diverse place I've traveled to in the world. The unmatched integrity and honor code of the Japanese is a bonus. Japan is so dedicated to excellence to their craft you commonly see 20+ generations of fill in the blank skill. Food, bar, and dating scene is top notch as well.
5
México, Korea, Costa Rica, Panama, Balkans.
5
Dude is a permabear and perma-doom n gloomer. He's making bank from you fools watching his doom and cynicism. Look at Andrew, positive and solution oriented.
5
There's a lot I don't like about the US but you don't need to lie to people. Crime rates in America are at multi-decade lows.
5
@alexanderp.1391 It's pure laziness for someone who wants to spend a year in a country (let alone 10) to not want to learn the language = learn the culture
5
How much Thai baht
5
My NW is ~$1.5M. Taxable income ~$180K. Plan to move to Taiwan or Japan in a couple years. I'm young. Should I keep my NW below $2M meanwhile? First time I am hearing this.
5
Crypto on a ledger will do F all for you in a zombie apocalypse scenario.
5
I'd like to think I'm an elite kind of guy
5
An American passport was most valuable in the 90s.. now, its just okay. I was born in Russia, immigrated to the US in '91, got my M.D. and dream life.. but after traveling around the world.. there are simply better places to live.
5
@secrets.295 Do you think they will let just anyone to be able to enjoy heaven? ;)
4
What are your top choices? I've been in East Asia since 2011. I make money in US; the rest of life is much better elsewhere.
4
@jschrager23 ok then stay trapped in your Westernized country jail and don't go anywhere. what do you want me to tell you lol
4
@danielj3010 I only speak Russian English and Mandarin. I guess I'll need to brush up on Spanish beforehand
