  2. I'm not sure that's true. Wikipedia has an article listing the age by state and I think there are 24 states where you can marry below 16 with age restrictions.

  3.  @MatthewFors-f8x  If someone can make a moral argument for it being a war crime, then someone can make a moral argument for it being good too. Moral arguments can be made pro and con for anything. The arguable advantage of law is that it is written down and while we may disagree on the interpretation, the words are there on paper or magnetic storage or something.

IDK about other Arab countries in this attack, but in the one before the last, I saw reports that Saudi Arabia shot down some too.
