I don't like Iran's government but the idea it's going to collapse due to sanctions or is somehow an aggresive power in the region compared to the USA, Israel, Turkey, Iraq, Afghanistan or Pakistan is just insane. If anything the Iranian regime seems weak, unwilling to get nuclear weapons (Bibi been fearmongering since 1981) and only backing some rebels here and there. This is the great threat in the region? The other powers put more people in the ground in a month than they do in a year.
