Honestly the greens and environmentalists are their own worst enemies and have taken vital resources which could have been invested into nuclear or better alternative sources of energy, into mostly wind and solar which are some of the worst forms of energy production compared to nuclear, hydro or geothermal. Untill we embrace nuclear we will have energy shortages, people will suffer and we won't even reach co2 reductions.
