If advising others to not be the psychological equivalent of a dried and frozen eggshell is awful, then you have serious problems. Women in general act as if sex crimes are the worst, most unspeakable acts, when that couldn't be further from reality. Unless you contracted an STD, or were kept for an extended period of time (e.g. months, or years as is the case for prisoners), and endured continuous rape and violence during that time, there is no reason to be psychologically distraught by non-violent sexual harassment, or questionable sexual acts. Sure, it might make you angry for a few days/weeks (essentially the same thing as getting into a fight and losing) but there is no reason to cry and whine about a molestation that happened to you at some church years ago. It's nuts. I wouldn't want my own daughter to be that weak.
If you contract a permanent STD after rape, all bets are off. The culprit should get permanent punishment, and should be obligated to cover the victim's medical expenses.
