  1.  @timothyrogers62  good to hear from a current ST owner who has switched from the Fiesta to the GR. Agree on the comments about the Golf, it's just to much of a sensible family hatchback. Also agree that the GR is the best drivers car, whilst it costs more than the Fiesta is has every right too given the specialist nature of the product. I collected mine 2 weeks ago after a 7 month wait - July is a long way off but it's well worth it - congrats 👍

  23.  @MikeRoss-je2zt  nor many using on a track - day to day the GR is quicker - no point in having a car that does 180mph when the limit is 70mph! The GR beats the GTR and M4 in real world scenarios

  36.  @RaGeAlucard  not in the real world - pop them on a nice twisty road, the M4 gets gapped, on a wet road the M4 gets gapped. Its 500bhp+ and 80k but still struggles to keep up with a Yaris - that's how good a Yaris is

  44.  @dom3827  oh so you dont own one and have never driven one - not sure option accounts for anything then! Nobody on there tight mind would buy a suped up Fiesta over a GR. The GR is superior in every way. Hopefully one day you will see one and maybe have the chance to try it for yourself!

  45.  @dom3827  you are missing the point! The GR is just a fun toy, not a daily! Most owners have a number of other cars, like me it's just a bit of fun, something I'll hardly ever drive. Price is irrelevant if you can afford it. And yes, I've driven the Fiesta, personally do not like the look of them, and it didn't offer anything other than being a sporty Fiesta which to me was not very special or very exciting.

  46.  @dom3827  the GR is winning all awards, very few who have driven both would buy the Fiesta over the GR. The Fiesta is cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for, which in the case of a Fiesta is not very much. Do you own a Fiesta by any chance?

  47.  @dom3827  the Fiesta ST is still a Fiesta, just with a few bits on it - it's a Fiesta, nothing special! The GR is a toy for most buyers, something for occasional use, perhaps some track days etc - those pple like me dont need to drive it as a daily - if your wealthy enough you can have whatever toys you want! So, do you have an ST?

  49.  @dom3827  um, no the GR is not a Yaris with a body kit - shows how little you know. The GR shares just the mirrors and lights with the Yaris. It's not even the same chassis or body shell, it's a standalone bespoke product - go have a read about it

  50.  @dom3827  please do have a read about it, you will be surprised. The GR will remain a standalone product with nothing to do with the mainstream Yaris. Given how small and lightweight the Fiesta is, surprising how slow it is.....
