Suchti322 the shutting down of the bases is a done deal.  it wasn't a campaign promise but instead was part of trying to get our overly inflated budget down to a sane level.  the government here never hinted around to which bases would close but to me germany seems like a country that doesn't need the bases therefore will probably have the bases their shut down.

  2. humza raza it seems like the more involved the usa gets in other countries, the more we screw things up. bombing ISIS while iraqi shiite militias and kurds do the fighting on the ground seems like the best thing because if the usa sent troops back in there, it would only increase the recruiting a great deal more for ISIS.

  11. +MrHellexe syrian elections are bullshit. there is only one party that gets to run and so far one candidate and that was bashar al-assad and the way the voting worked was where the citizens check a box for (yes) or (no) on whether or not they want him to be the next president. that's not a real election. a real election is where you have a choice of candidates to choose from.

  15. Toobi WestW when i went to school through the CSU system, it would cost me under $1700 in tuition and around $600 in books for a year.  this is unique though and none of the other states are like that.

NeuKrofta southerners didn't fly the confederate flag to protest the civil rights movement?  most anti-christian bloggers and commentators represent themselves and aren't picking up any cues from obama.  as a matter of fact he attends christian functions, attended a church for 20 years and claims to be a christian.  whether or not he is faking it in order to get elected and continue to get support is an unproven opinion.  also one thing that i know about muslims after studying them is that no muslim would deny being a muslim when asked whether or not they are a muslim much less go through 30 years of attending a christian church and claiming to be a christian.

  38. Igor Gonçalves i saw a minute of a report on the mainstream news.  apparently they evacuated the stadium and nobody was hurt.  the news seems to be downplaying it and moving on to stories about charlie sheen being diagnosed as being HIV positive 4 years ago and things like that.

  42. i just got through watching a documentary called "the four horsemen" which was about the current economic state that we are in, how we got to that state and what the future prognosis could be if we don't figure out a way to get the bankers and wealthy elites to change some things or else overthrow them.

Somnivers the idea of "zionism" is from the latter 19th century.  it isn't found in any jewish holy books.  the idea was that jews wouldn't be able to co-exist with other europeans for very much longer and so the solution would be for all of the jews to go to israel (damascus) and form their own community.  after ww2, obviously this became a very popular idea for surviving jews.
