Still more likely than Spurs winning more league titles than 14 other English clubs, including Huddersfield. On second thought, more likely than Spurs actually winning something, period.
8
Foden and Haaland scoring Hattricks against the likes of Brentford and Wolves; media proceeds to call them Player of the Season lmao.
8
@patrykpospiech6512 Yes, it is.
8
Arsenal Women and Lionesses captain
8
Respect to City for not overpaying for the player. Reminds me of Sanchez saga b/w United and City. Of course, we know how it ended.
8
Man said Foden who ghosts every time in an England shirt. Most overrated player in the world.
8
Lol suffering already against Serbia when you haven’t even played against serious teams. I hope Southgate continues to play Foden.
8
De Zerbi is an elite manager. Still remember how he demolished Klopp’s gegenpress to batter Liverpool home and away.
8
Definitely Conte/Potter IN. Look what happens when you back your manager and give him time to buy his players and implement his vision. If Spurs and Chelsea stick with their managers in the long run, they will both return to the glory days, which in Spurs case is winning the Audi cup.
8
@DinduDaniels Nah let’s see my club do 115 charges
8
Not could, will. It’s all said and done. Just remains the sign on the dotted line. Audi will enter F1 as well. Either through McLaren or some other team.
8
A certain manager was on the verge of winning Tottenham their first trophy in 15 years but the club was having none of that.
8
Literally every Spurs project: Season 1 - New manager bounce, fans excited after seeing new energy in the team; some big results here and there but nothing special overall to write home about Season 2 - Manager buys new players, fans hype them up, underwhelming season all things considered but still finish inside top 6 Season 3 - Frustrations continue into the new season as players seem tired and uninspired while fans continue to argue online on why Spurs are a big 6 club; manager goes on a rant and leaves after finishing 8th in the table It’s da history of da tottenham.
8
He himself handed it on a plate to Max on last lap of 2021 Abu Dhabi GP at turn 5. Went with track position over fresh rubber and forgot to defend even when Checo showed him how to, earlier during the race.
8
@alexbelotti1603 Yeah but we have to play Spurs and Utd. away and our record there hasn’t been great either. City have a 2 point cushion and the easiest fixtures. They’ll win it comfortably.
8
United fans booing their manager really brought home Keane’s point that Man United are the new Spurs.
8
They already did. Ferrari with their 2019 PU using variable fuel flow, and Mercedes using illegal tyre testing in 2013 to benefit them going into the turbo hybrid era, on top of insider knowledge of hybrid PU far earlier (2007 onwards) than their competitors.
8
He owns a restaurant doesn’t he (with Luiz)?
8
Yeeeeeeeeeeah, ‘course.
8
There are no penalties in Golf.
8
Good news for Real Madrid
8
Wouldn’t mind him back at Arsenal (wages notwithstanding). It’s not like Fabregas when he called Arsène and Özil picked up the phone.
8
Injuries to key players in both Arsenal and Liverpool. Congrats to City for another title.
8
Noble gesture but why now?
8
Where was this energy from 2014-2020 when Hamilton and Mercedes were winning almost all races? Gtfo here.
7
Yeah only Liverpool have a thin squad. Arsenal and Man City don’t/didn’t have long term injuries to their key players.
7
Learn to sit back and observe; not everything needs a reaction.
7
All great picks 👍🏼
7
@charlesodoch6070 Rice has objectively matched Rodri this season, no matter whichever stats you choose to look at. But Rodri remains the benchmark.
7
@Aldeantegargemilang Stuntin’ a home win against Arsenal’s B-side when in the same season you lot with a full strength squad lost 6-1 at home to Man City who went on to win the title on goal difference and 7-0 to Liverpool last season. Lol banter club.
7
“What success?”
7
Earned with highest net spend since 2008 and cheating through financial doping
7
This is still very much City’s title to win. It’s good to see us play some great football nonetheless.
7
Why would he want to leave when he can chill on 350k per week for one year and then go on a free transfer to Saudi Pro League and earn even higher wages?
7
Time and place, dear.
7
They say payments from Abu Dhabi Group (owners) to the club were cleared by a state office which they claimed wasn't true as it's against the rules but there is a ton of available evidence for thia. According to internal documents, the Executive Affairs Authority (EAA), an Abu Dhabi government agency focused on providing strategic guidance, obviously manages the accounts belonging to ADUG. Agency chief Khaldoon Al Mubarak, the de facto prime minister of Abu Dhabi, is head of the state investment fund and is also chairman of Manchester City. He apparently approved money flows that were controlled by the government before ending up in the accounts of the football team.
7
Middle East ruined football.
7
Worth noting that these penalties were applied for cost cap breach of only 0.37% (£432,652). So, a hefty financial penalty, and new development coefficient of 63%, as appoosed to 70%. Quite brutal.
7
Mickey Mouse win on a track you can’t overtake and with virtually zero pitstops.

• 54x Failure to provide accurate financial information 2009-10 to 2017-18. • 14x Failure to provide accurate details for player and manager payments from 2009-10 to 2017-18. • 5x Failure to comply with Uefa's rules including Financial Fair Play (FFP) 2013-14 to 2017-18. • 7x Breaching Premier League's PSR rules 2015-16 to 2017-18. • 35x Failure to co-operate with Premier League investigations December 2018 - Feb 2023.
7
Barça should get him. There’s no one better currently in world football who can create an all conquering team with fringe players (relatively speaking).
7
Ikr hope Postecoglou does it too one day.
7
@Swan94y Celtic are massive in their league compared to Spurs in Premier League - there are 14 other English clubs with more league titles than Spurs, including Huddersfield. Lol
7
If anything yesterday showed that Liverpool can’t sustain winning games like the one against Brighton, and City have the easiest run-in fixtures among top 3 while Arsenal have the toughest run-in fixtures, so for me City still can win the league ahead of Arsenal and Liverpool.
7
First time?
7
@carter3369 Nope, the standard of the league today is above and beyond what it was 10-15 years ago.
7
He knows. That Man Utd. are the new Spurs.
7
Because he’s playing well for his club. JWP and White too. Gotta warm the bench like Phillips or Maguire (even though he’s been playing lately) to get a call-up from Southgate. Smh.
7
Man City women’s team bottled the league to Chelsea by conceding 2 goals in extra time to Arsenal loool
7
Your club didn’t exist until about a decade ago lol have some shame
