  27. I drive through Milwaukee occasionally. Traffic used to be pretty normal on the local expressways. 55 limit. Traffic did about 60. Now you have to do 70 in a 55 just so you don't get run over. Cops or State Troopers. I never see 'em. And l see cars regularly doing close to 80 in 55 zones. How much of this due to car thefts l wonder.

Baltimore officials were outraged. Did they do anything? No. It was left to volunteers from outside the City of Baltimore to clean up the mess. Of their own volition. After that does anyone with the brains to pour piss out of a boot expect Baltimore to care about anything.

But when it bumps up to 70 heading south some people slow down. People changing lanes. Not just one lane. But multiple lanes. And then back.

  34. I do not know all the nuances New York state law regarding this. As I understand it the cops asked the store clerk why didn't you run out the back. Which the clerk may have had a legal obligation under the law to do. This raises certain questions 1) He is 61 years old. His assailant is mid 20s to m as the 30. This begs the question could he even get away. 2) The victim here (the clerk imo) is involved in what he thinks he's in a fight for his life. He has no time to analyze the situation. 3) What is the agenda of the District Attorneys office of Manhattan (a)? Is the DA of Manhattan opinion on violent crime in his area of responsibility that it is not a major concern. 4) Just what is the concern regarding violent crime in New York state on the part of the State Legislature. a) Each borough of New York City is a seperate county

  39. The concept in and of itself is fine. It's been seen in various forms since around 1950, and possibly earlier. The issue here is who gets to define the question. A better option is one that uses three axis and presents the results in a 3D image that shows a volume. As an example one can be very socially liberal, fiscally conservative and an isolationist on foreign policy. On a 3D axis you well have a volume that displays your stance that also has lobes reaching out to seemingly different opinions

  40. I really do not know what caused the gang violence problem in El Salvador. But i will say one thing. If it is in any way related to drugs. Then every person in the drug using countries that uses these drugs. And funds the gangs by purchasing these drugs. Is an accessory to each and every murder the gangs committed.

  43. Cali is not eliminating gas vehicles. They are banning the sales of new ones starting in 2030 or whenever. This will cause several things. 1) Prices of used gas cars will go through the roof. 2) Yearly registration fees will increase dramatically over time as the State loses money from State fuel tax. Anyone who thinks that owning an electric vehicle will save them this are standing in a river in Egypt. 3) Where is Cali going to get the power for this? The last several years have already seen the State institute rolling blackouts or brownouts.
