Why do they hate him? Because Blair is a hypocritical warmonger. ๐ LOVE George's response, though!!

That Tony Blair - he's such a villain and a tax dodger, isn't he?? ๐

If he does it before the election, he will gain the youth vote among others.

Yes, indeed, George. We really can't have the Speaker of the House of Commons hijacking another party's motion with amendments that are favourable to the Labour opposition, just because he happens to be a member of the Labour Party! So much for impartiality! ๐๐๐ This WOULD have been an interesting vote.. Seems that politicians, Starmer especially, have been doing all sorts of unprecedented things in the past few years... ๐ Good luck on the 29th, George. ๐ค We certainly do need you in Parliament! ("Fiends of Israel" is right. ๐คฎ) #VoteGalloway โค

That was the trouble!

What on earth do you mean?

I don't believe in Brexit. It's really one of the very few things I disagree with George on. Sovereignty be damned! All it does, is ruin our trade with our nearest neighbours. It inconveniences lorry drivers coming from both sides of the Channel too. As the latest Guardian article on the subject informs us, an Italian lorry driver was forced to wait hours in the heat, without services, and walk 2 km to a McDonalds: all because some British customs numpties were worried about some "Portuguese laurels" that formed part of his load. ๐ These are garden shrubs. They won't do well in the summer heat, either! Wonder what the opinion of the receiving garden centre was? ๐ Brexit is a den of red tape and a haven for jobsworths and numpties. ๐

Dim as a 30-watt bulb! Ain't that the truth!! ๐ Yeah: the Guardian bears a lot of responsibility for the reign of the Tory clowns. As does Labour Central Office. #Forde

You sic 'em, George! ๐๐ I never look at any of those stupid site's labels, on YouTube or on Twitter. I'm still subbed to you on Twitter. The trouble with these "tech" CEOs, I think, is the following:
4
With all your "magic grandpa" shite terminology - let's cut through that and clarify: So you mean the guy who actually had a policy program - a manifesto - which, unlike Brexit, would actually help the vast majority of people in the UK ?? ๐ Corbyn knew Brexit could damage jobs; therefore he proposed a compromise deal, which UK voters should have accepted: as a Labour Brexit and remaining in the Customs union was vastly preferable to a BoJo Brexshit. ๐ Corbyn also knew that the Labour party, and its voters, were split on the issue. What would you have done? ๐

"Finished" or not (though they are if they don't vote out Starkers the Israel poodle ๐ฉ!): it doesn't mean that individuals (party members and ex-members) shouldn't fight to prove they are legally in the right. And that Starkers is quite simply deluded.

ย @SimonBirnbaumย How so? (Voting for Keir Starmer is a vote for racial prejudice because (for one thing) he picks on Bangladeshis.)

I think that the real problem is, when ONE particular political party or ideology thinks it is 100% right, and can never be wrong. And that anyone who thinks differently is a criminal. That attitude always leads to totalitarianism, persecution of "heretics" etc. Actually it's a default feature of Dualistic societies. (And, actually, the reason I know this, is because I am a Neopagan and have read Isaac Bonewits! ๐)

ย @drmontague6475ย There are certainly too many gammons about, for the working class' own good! However, not all, nor most, of the working class are like that. Many were attracted to Jeremy Corbyn's policies. Why do you think that people of all ages swarmed to his rallies, or listened to him make speeches from the top of fire engines?? I believe that too many people are still politically uninvolved, as well as under-informed.
