@TIK, so what does the hours' tracker look like - and whilst time spent planning and then organising (acquiring the material, etc.) is "work" and then the "Deep" work run under the timer is also work. Be it reading, notes or analysis and then the vid plus editing, etc. Do you track them with sub-totals to improve the planning estimates for future projects? Especially like the read a chapter, make notes... ... but do you "high light" as you go and then once your notes are done after the chapter, do you then check the high lights against the notes - not really a Prod Tip - but a detailed tactic for capturing the stuff you need in one sweep of the material? Keep up the good work, back to history, soon I hope : ))))
