  1. 10% of convoys mauled, BUT were all conveys equal? See the farce over the Falklands "convoy" with the taskforce 'packing' errors and so Harriers lost. The number of convoys is a nice metric, but tonnage and content... Colingham seems to look into that balance of what came from the conveys. Anything in her book, on the packing/loading balance? You seemed to skip that in details.
