Everyone is different, so it makes sense to zero in on what comes most naturally to you. Self knowledge leads to confidence. I did a monthlong careers workshop when my youngest went off to school and found out I was best at people, paper (especially writing) and phones. I started at entry level market research surveying and ended up as a commodities negotiator. I loved working, being with people and getting things done so I capitalised on that, and made enough to support myself and my daughter, until cancer intervened and I had to retire and concentrate my remaining energies on supporting an elderly parent with disabilities. If you can make a start, you can build up slowly and eventually find your niche. I know of one neuro-divergent person who is a bit socio-phobic, who earns some money as a home-knitter for a company which sells handknits to the well off.
