@Rainbow-f1v I dont think any of the wives of Dis' lovers broke their hearts, and they were sophisticated women who could handld marital probelms and divorces.
3
@CocoaPuff01 that is simply not true. She often went to see and help people where there were no cameras
3
strange that when it was known that William was going to St Andrews loads of young girls changed to that university.....
3
@cynthg9547 except give her a title, wealth, social position, a role as a charity worker
3
simple indeed. In the 1930s divorce was rare. Now it is very very common, It is 90 years later
3
@TheDarkDresser I doubt it
3
No, hte show Downton Abbey was filmed there.
3
He hasn't treated anyone horribly, that I know of and he is King. and yes he's bee married to Camilla for 17 years and more. If it bothers you that he's king, why not work for a republic years ago
3
@femoore1402 ??
3
@euphoria156 Diana had several affairs and Charles ignored them. He was indifferent to Diana after a time
3
@plur2179 yes but Hewitt claimed that he had actually met Diana earlier and had lied about it at first, that their affair had been around longer than he'd orignally claimed
3
@gabrielburke2798 That's what the role of Princess of Wales IS.. producing an heir and doing charity wrok. Diana wasn't doing anything unusual. She wasn't a teacher either.
3
@glorytoyahzulu6229 how did you boycott the coronation? were you invited and refused to go?
3
@oceanbay3690 No he didnt.
3
@TheSameYellowToy So why was Diana happily riding a bike and singing "Im going to marry the Prince of Wales tomorrow" the night before her wedding, if she was considering running out of the church and was so unhappy
3
no, he's not responsible for her death or "depriving the world" of her. We dont know how she would have spent the rest of her life, she might have just been a socialite who dabbled, or she might have given up public wrok altogether.
3
@linamae89 Lots of kings have been bad husbands or fathers....
3
what is mysterious about them? God knows they have written a lot about themselves.
3
@stephaniepersin4145 its not a case of being better, its simply that Dianas royal blood comes on the wrong side of the blanket.. Obviously some people must think that "royal blood" is better since they assert that Diana was more royal than her husband's family etc.
3
Hair colour is simillar but George isn't that much like him and Louis is not like him at all at present. Charlotte has grown more like him.. to the point where Will saw an old pic of himself at an exhibition and asked "Is it Charlotte"?
3
@ate20001a dont talk nonsense.
3
@ate20001a dont be ridiculous. millions dont even know of her
3
@michellezhang2293 why would Chalres care whom she married, if he was "really cold"? he didn't care, provided it did not impinge on his sons.
3
@joshbgo3676 do you know what polygamy means?
3
@LuminousRaven25-01 really? Imposters? Do you have any proof of this
3
@graciemac6303 ? you dont keep a broken down car for use in a garage. You send it for repair. You mark it clearly that it is not in good condition and should not be used.
3
@graciemac6303 Perhaps William realised that his parents marriage was an awful mess and that it could not be saved.. and that Camilla made his father happy...whereas Diana and Charles only made each other miserable.
3
why?
3
@kathleendavis2008 She was not a TV star and I dont think she was particularly shy, nor was she always kind
3
@marenm9392 what nonsense are you talking?
3
@lesleymcshanemitchell9651 No they werent. Jane was married by then and I think so was Sarah. neither of them worked in BP. Sarah worked for Vogue. Not sure what Jane did but she got married and had a baby around the time that Diana was dating Charles. So how would Jane be working at the Palace when she was married with a baby? Sarah I think was married before Diana, and she was living in the country with her farmer husband
3
@GarrishChristopherRobin777 Nonsense. PHilip may have had his affairs, but he didn't "shag the dog".. Andrew and Charles both had relationships before marriage and Andrew was divorced so he was free to see other women
3
@joycegibbs5267 yes I know that Jane was married To Robin Fellowes who was the queen's secretary. What has that to do with anything.
3
@Ellenad369 how, the poor girl died and sadly she's been gone for years.
3
@marina1034 nonsnense.
3
@traceylawrence7363 He woudl not have married anyone else once he got inot the affair with Wallis and she was not that young nor maternal
3
Not really. Diana's star power was partly her own but if she had not been royal noone would have known her. She didn't do that much work after her divorce so its not that clear how her life would have gone had she survived
3
@maryreneewhite6379 If you are an American, its really not your concern who is queen
3
@glorytoyahzulu6229 The world did not love Diana
3
They are still commoners if they dont have royal or noble rank. Obviously they are from well off families, as if they werene't they're not likely to have met and socialised with various princes
3
@suzanking5625 dont be so silly. Will they remember Diana as an adulterous wife too?
3
@chrishirst5389 you are wrong and talking nonsense.
3
@gailhandschuh1138 Nonsense. They were not uncarig.. but they were busy and of their time which meant that they left the children to nannies a lot...
3
@jadekelly3707 overall, Diana's death attracted a lot of grief because she was so young and it was a shock. the queen however had IMO more mourners even though her death was expected
3
what nonsense. Charles did not have to admit to adultery, he chose to do so
3
@femoore1402 I really would not mention Harry, if I were trying to speak of Dianas legacy. He has shown over the past 3 years what a messed up and selfish person he is.
3
why would she do that? Charles was unhappily married and still loved her. She did not need to do anything
3
@reginabonds2566 She did consider moving to the US but it was probably too far away from the boys.
3
@r.c.miller6161 noone forced Diana out.
3
@Purpleturtle268 how was she appallingly treated? Charles was unfaithful, but he was not happy in the marriage and she was unfaitiful as well. He was snappy at times, so was she.
