Plenty of Russians who have had to leave Russia for fear of persecution so need to find alternative employment because their Russian qualifications generally aren't accepted in the west.

KGB is seen as something from the Soviet Union so obviously from the past my point is however simply changing its name to the FSB was a change in name only, it's still essentially the same thing

YT is a private business that will block any channels that break their policies, that channel and others such as it were not providing news only disinformation. Naturally you can't name the banned travel channels because they either didn't exist or they weren't promoting travel. You do understand that people reading your comments know there's several available on YT of course I always point out that they almost always only show Moscow and not the real Russia
