my favourite Shakespeare quote

troll alert!

the correct word is PROUD!
7
he wasn't asked a question.....
5
@stevebartley8902 by all means stand in front of any vetran who fought for this country and explain that ..........but of if you yourself aren't proud of this country I suggest you start packing, you're surplus to requirements
3
The only person promoting violence is Lukashenko through his security police
2
@Edward Longshanks nope he isn't
2
@makeracistsafraidagain7608 we know the truth about North Korea, we don't need to be concerned about their weapons because its all show and they will never use them. On capitalism, it works unlike socialism which both China and Russia have abandoned so learn to live with it.....
2
@seb1554 the UK only gets about 3% of its gas from Russia so isn't really an issue because alternatives supplies can be found. I honestly don't think you fully understand Russia or Putin, or even how the conflict between Russia and Ukraine began. Appeasing Putin is a very bad idea, he is the last person you want to show weakness to
2
@seb1554 no I'm not wrong what I said was factually correct the bulk of the gas the UK uses comes from the North Sea, you're the wrong because Russia does not allow countries to buy gas from them and then sell it to to a third party. Again you're wrong as to why Putin originally invaded Ukraine and annexed Crimea, at that time talk of Ukraine joining NATO was never mentioned. You appear to have no idea how it all originally started. Talk about Ukraine joining NATO only began AFTER the the annexation of Crimea and the take over of parts of Eastern Ukraine by Russian backed terrorists
2
@seb1554 you're claiming that the trigger was Ukraine's aspirations to join NATO but that wasn't the case, Ukraine had negotiated a simple association agreement with the EU but Putin strongly objected to this as he saw Ukraine growing closer to the west, he managed to coerce the then president Yanukovych to pull out of the deal which led to the protests and eventually the Russian invasion. Putin had claimed Ukraine could not have trade with Russia if they signed such a deal however he actually tried to negotiate a free trade agreement with Turkey a few years later who have such an agreement with the EU showing just how big a liar and a hypocrite he is. I'm not convinced that simply agreeing not to become a member of NATO would have insured Ukrainian independence you only need to listen to some of Putin’s speeches, he does not believe Ukraine to be an independent country but rather a province of Russia, it's a view held by many in Russia.
2
@seb1554 concessions on both sides? You really don't understand a single thing about Putin if you think he'd agree to concessions. No I think you believe Ukraine should have just rolled over and allowed Putin to do as he pleases especially given your original comment. Putin couldn't have possibly expected the reaction and support Ukraine has received from the west, he continues to persecute anyone or entity in Russia that doesn't publish his version of events...... yet he has your support apparently
2
@andrewblanchard2398 I think you need to find a life if you actually believe being the first person to post is an achievement
2
Assange will get a trial
2
@alfredcoughlan3621 so Alfred you've lived in Russia and are speaking from personal experience?
2
@alfredcoughlan3621 It's a simple question why are you avoiding it? It's OK for you to give an opinion on Russia but not me, are you serious? Honourable people don't support and vote for a brutal dictator, they don't celebrate the invasion of a peaceful country. Do not for one second try and blame the media for the views of the majority of people living in the UK when it comes to Russia.
2
@alfredcoughlan3621 I'm a fool? Hilarious comment, I'd sooner be a fool though than some sycophant who supports a dictatorship. You made a statement based zero information and you're crying because I called you out on it
2
@stevebartley8902 You're correct....I suggest you might want to go away and learn the difference if you're capable
2
Not a fan of Bold and Bankrupt, visiting impoverished places, showing the locals how wealthy he is? There far better channels to watch
2
No one has mentioned Russia apart from you, by his own admission Lukashenko is a dictator. Now what's your problem?
2
Unknown 1 you're a moron
1
@seb1554 you maybe a man of peace but they keep supporting a brutal dictatorship
1
@seb1554 no I'm not wrong Ukraine wanted to sign an association agreement with the EU Putin strongly objected to this he put enormous political pressure on Ukraine in order to prevent the deal being signed the then president Yanukovych caved in and pulled out the the deal...... that was what started the protests which led to the the Russian annexation of Crimea and the invasion of the east of Ukraine. My opinion isn't based on any lies but following the events at the time very closely....... just because you read something on the internet doesn't make it true for example your 20% figure on oil exports from Russia is ridiculously high the actual figure is 9% for oil and 4% for gas my figures come from the UK parliament library
1
@seb1554 Ukraine was occupied by Russia there's a difference, yes there are Russian speakers in Ukraine but that was down to the policy of imperial Russia of Russofication in the occupied territories which was continued even in Soviet times. You're using the talks about the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO, but that's all they were just talks as a justification of the invasion. But all this does not excuse your original comment, you support a brutal dictatorship that's invaded a peaceful country and for that you should be ashamed.
1
When were you last in Russia?
1
There's is a difference between being a British citizen and being British
1
Who’s This? Actually there is, you just don't understand
1
WhovianGooner 49 since when did simply giving someone a piece paper make them British?
1
Who’s This? So a few years in a foreign country and everything changes, no I don't think you understand what is to be British
1
Who’s This? And revealed is your true nature and of course it's a nasty one, why I'm not surprised. You're not very bright either, a piece paper doesn't change who someone is, yes it may give them certain entitlements, but that's all.
1
WhovianGooner 49 it's not something you get from a piece of paper either
1
Who’s This? What no vulgarity today? If you already know to the answer then why ask the question, this supposed to be rhetorical? The main difference between me and you is of course your citizenship can be revoked mine cannot because despite that piece of paper you have you're not really British.
1
Who’s This? Yeah and I'm sure you traced it backed to Charlemagne too.
1
@alfredcoughlan3621 well you're the one making statements regarding Russia and the people is it unreasonable to ask how you came to that opinion?
1
FreeMoneyBot firstly 95% of the people who comment in YouTube claiming to be Russian aren't. Secondly I know enough about Russia to know he isn't right and things are only going to get worse. He can't even answer a very simple question as to how he came to his point of view. You've nothing whatsoever to substantiate his claim.
1
@Julieoscar1 evidence that Ukraine is committing genocide? Of course you naturally don't have any because it never happened
1
Something that never happened, the Bolivian airplane developed a technical fault, the Bolivian government confirmed that the aircraft was not searched. Huawei woman living in her luxury home whilst an extradition request is assessed. Assange not a journalist skipped bail was arrested after being kicked out of the Ecuador embassy, then convicted of the crime of breaching bail. Clear enough?
1
@charleso6316 So you're saying that the Bolivian defense Minister lied? 😂 Fault with fuel indicators, why else would they land in Vienna? Why would people think Snowden was on board?
1
The aircraft was effectively hijacked, they forced to land in Belarus under threat of a fighter jet, so they could arrest an opposition journalist. There's no rule of law in Belarus, innocent passengers should not be subjected to this
1
@bagnerritz1590 dictatorships
1
No Snowden fled Russia with classified documents, no aircraft was forced to land
1
@sidlepoisson6725 yes Putin is well known for his sincerity isn't he, seriously have you spent 5 minutes in Russia?
1
@ozanareyiz7773 no you have not because I have and know exactly what it's like living in Russia, so don't bother wasting my time with your obvious lies You'll of course be able to explain the entry and exit requirements along with the necessary documents.. won't you?
1
@ozanareyiz7773 waiting for you to explain to everyone about life in Russia and I don't mean the typically vague claims that you've given
1
@ozanareyiz7773 what's the matter having problems Googling the information? Can't say I'm surprised, I've dealt with people like you on many occasions.
1
idiot!
1
No it didn't happen, oh the conspiracy was Snowden being on the aircraft.... and you wonder why no one believes you 😄
1
No because it never happened, even the Bolivian government said it never happened
1
@darrell3O87OO but they did land in Vienna, but the aircraft was not searched, this was confirmed by the Bolivian government. You can't claim it was rerouted when you can't get even the most basic facts correct.
1
@darrell3O87OO It had a technical fault with fuel indicators, that's why it landed in Vienna. How could NATO have ground the jet? Also why not ground it in a NATO country? Because you are claiming NATO was behind all this. The Bolivian defense Minister Ruben Saavedra said that the aircraft was not searched. Yes it was no secret Snowden was still in the international zone at Sheremetyevo, but Morales left from Vnukovo Airport which is nowhere near Sheremetyevo. So try and keep your facts right 😄
