I wish I could like your comment twice.

Vincent, at first I thought that was the case too but my heart was broken when I read the description and realised the people filming seem to believe that poor baby ellie was eventually eaten.
12
How cool would it be to ride one .
11
someone is fast forwarding an old cassette tape
10
Ha! Once again the mighty Hyena is the winner! Africas' 2 best animals are Hyenas and wild dogs.
10
Hooray for Mother Nature!!! I’m sorry mr grumpy elephant but you’ll have to share that river with everyone.
10
Marubolas Can I firstly say welcome to the channel and the great community we have here on Kruger sightings, it's always lovely to have new people and faces join us. And secondly, if African nature is your thing, then kruger sightings is the place for you. There is a wonderful array of videos, all sorts of sightings, the content NEVER ceases to amaze. I think you will find that you have found your "home away from home" as a lot of us have.
10
Omg!!!!! An amazing sighting!!!!! TY sooooo much for uploading and may God watch over you, and ALL the animals in Kruger!! God Bless!
10
This is unbelievable! It's not like elephants are an animal to outcast younger members from the herd but this is obviously what has happened here. They never leave their own behind, especially the young. I wonder what it did wrong to be banished by the pride to face a certain death.
10
I woulda just given the croc the leg. I mean you'll still have 3.
9
TheUnPOssible Excuse me but that is the rudest reply I've ever had!!?!? I don't see what I could have possibly done to earn your ire in this way, I've done nothing to you. How rude.
9
I have seen a video on Youtube here of a buffalo fighting one on one with a rhino. It lost and died but I also think what the fuck they will fight one on one with a rhino but 200 of them will run from 5 lions?lol
8
I approve of this video.
8
Oh my goodness! This is nature at the peak of it's brutality. I really do wonder why they are being just so, so horrible towards that poor creature of God's. A Hyena is a beautiful, graceful animal.....them and Wild dogs are my 2 favourite animals in Africa. Still I guess it's no different to what lions also do to each other. But I wonder exactly what it did to earn the wrath of it's 2 attackers.
8
Sorry correct me if I'm wrong but did you just leave a comment about chemtrail conspiracies on a vid about a lion?
7
What an incredible sighting! The people filming this really are lucky. So funny that the snake was dancing to the music.
7
my goodness. What a thrilling video. That lizard looks very similar to the goannas we have here in Australia, except our goannas don't have to worry about cheetahs killing them lol. Thank you once again KS for ALL of the good work you do in bringing us these sightings absolutely free of charge. For those of us that can't afford to go on safari it really is a blessing and makes our day. Another job well done.
7
What a beautiful video. I have to admit I've never been impressed with the lion's intelligence or brainpower but watching this has made me think twice. These 2 cats obviously share an extremely close bond and are able to process emotions like love and happiness, something I've never seen in wild cats, unlike some of Africa's other animals. I might just have to rethink my stance as I haven't been giving them as much credit as they deserve. You learn something new everyday. Every day is a school day!! Hooray for @Kruger Sightings!!
7
Well I must say that was an intense video! Hey Africa, what's with the Giraffe hate? lol jk. Your last 2 videos have been giraffes being killed. Tragic for the giraffe lovers of which I must say there are plenty. It made that last effort before laying down in a defeated motion to be eaten too, so tragic. :(
7
Hooray for Kruger Sightings and their newest video!! I just love the Hyena AND the wild dogs soooo much. Easily Africa's 2 best predators imo. And there is hardly what you would call bad blood between them. These 2 packs seemed to interact in a friendly manner if you ask me. Hardly any aggression shown at all!!
7
Hooray for friendship!!!! That buffalo will have quite the story to tell its grandkids. I feel as though the pride let each other down though. Alot of them appear to just lie there watching the battle go on rather than helping out their sisterhood. A very weak pride perhaps? Or maybe the lions lying down were either exhausted from other recreational activities or just simply not hungry. God bless.
7
Wow!!!! Just WOW!!! I've never seen a male lion come to the aid of what he would normally consider a meal before. Perhaps he has noticed that this particular species has not been as prevalent in this particular area and he has conservation in mind? Whatever the case it's amazing to see a male lion save an impala, something I've never witnessed before. One might even say bizarre behaviour. Ty @Kruger Sightings for the upload....You never fail to impress.God bless.
7
The jackals are so beautiful. Believe it or not these feisty little buggers have been documented starting fights with lions.
7
Hahahahaha. Another example of why the hyena is one of africas best predators. Behind only the wild dog and possibly the crocodile.
7
What an amazing video. The fact that these 3 young males ALL went against their instincts and braved these rapids DESPITE the fact there could be anything in them , including crocodiles, is definitely an anomaly in Africa.
6
The Timekeeper There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a heart and showing compassion, which the lovely young lady in this video clearly does. There should be more people like her on safari and if someone was to actually intervene and help the baby animal I also wouldn't have a problem with that. Maybe I could ask why anyone wants to see this, not just her. There are people that enjoy these behaviours? They are most likely also sadists. The young lady in question is 10x the person of anybody criticizing her imo.
6
Videos like this are simply heartwarming. It's not often you will witness a hyena coming to the aid of an animal it would normally consider food. Compassion on this level is a trait normally only found in humans. It makes me realise that maybe, just maybe humans and hyenas aren't that different afterall. It also makes me think about my own life and attitude and whether there's anything I can do to be a better, more helpful person to those around me. Pray for yourselves, and each other. God bless!
6
Hooray for the big cats!! Such beautiful creatures.
6
omg this was just too cute!! Such a surprise to see lions anywhere near the water, they are normally waaaay too cowardly when it comes to the water. Was great to see these pups having another fun-filled day on the savannah. P.S I think a wild chicken was nearby at 1:47, I guess it's lucky they already had a buffalo.
6
Once again hyenas prove they are the dominant predator on the plains of Africa. Even that big cat didn't dare to attempt to steal the hyena's kill, it just stood there in awe of the hyena's power. On a different note, that impala will think twice before getting too close to a hyena again, a lesson well learned I think.
6
I have seen goats with more street smarts than that serval. Goats.
6
+Thomario Moon erm.....Where exactly is the proof of that?
5
Mr Leprechaun Oh please. You have been totally owned and shown to be a hypocrite in a different thread, so you come back to this one to try and save some face and appear relevant. Nice try Mr Leprechaun.
5
Africa's 2 best animals are wild dogs and hyenas
5
Paul Kim Yeah but there's about 200 bufallo just standing there watching. If they go over and attack the lions as a group then the lions will probably never bother them again but they are too stupid for that.
5
Shaking my head. Why doesn't it hunt for itself rather than begging humans for scraps? You would never see the more efficient predators like wild hyenas and wild wild dogs stooping to this level for food.
5
So that's why God gave giraffes such long necks.
5
A very stern warning from the elephant. However, not a very smart move imo. The Rhino is a very proud animal and not at all used to being treated this way and I don' think itwill just take this unprovoked attack lying down, especially seeing as it involved her child. I assume she has gone to gather the rest of the pride and come back for revenge. If the elephants were smart they wouldn't have let them get away. Make no mistake, a war is brewing. Eagerly awaiting part 2.
5
omg.Hilarious. And yet there are still people in this day and age who think lions are superior to Hyenas. They are delusional.
5
Oh my goodness!?! What a horrible animal.
5
Another happy ending in Kruger! It never stops astounding me the number of species that help each other to keep this bustling ecosystem working at 100%. This to me seems like a peace offering from the hippo to the wild dogs. In exchange for this delicious fresh kudu kill, I suspect the wild dogs will largely leave alone any of the hippo's offspring or other young relatives for the next breeding season, unless of course starving and they sneakily decide to break the pact. This hippo is very, very smart. Such an intelligent move to ensure the survival of it's own! Credit where credit is due.
5
SpyingDutchman Together they could defeat the evil lions once and for all so there is plenty of food for both of them!
5
omg I just read the description and it seems the people filming think the poor baby was murdered anyway. Heartbreaking........ :( Still, at least the buffalo tried.
5
Lasus Naturae What a horrible pov. I see absolutely nothing wrong with this young ladies' actions. If animals were to take a page out of her book then the world would be a better place. Smh at anybody that thinks otherwise.
4
It's a pervert and just wanted to smell its' ass.
4
Guru Juju Simpanzie No way. Everyone's ridden a horse. How many people could say they have ridden a giant croc.
4
This is some amazing footage. I hope the park ranger was notified and steps were taken to help the Leopard.
4
Courtesy of wild dogs obviously. That impala would have easily outpaced that lion on land. The wild dogs will also be back to take what is rightfully theirs.
4
Hi Annie, lovely to see you again. Hope all is well in SA. Well, take care!!
4
Oh my goodness! An absolutely brutal encounter. I do feel however that the tourists filming were probably close enough to help that poor frog though, even though I wouldn't be putting my hands near it. They could always use a stick to try and fend it off, rather than just stand there filming.
