In Namibia the percentage of Caucasian is 6% yet they own 70% of the land in Namibia. So the colonialist did not come with good intentions. The Berlin Conference was to cut up Africa invade and colonize. Take France for example: 14 former French colonies are forced to deposit $500 billion in French banks every year interest free. When these African countries want their money France loans them their own money.....AND CHARGES INTEREST. Think of what France exports......thats right nothing! They live their 1st world life off of Africa's wealth yet it is called a shit hole. So you see why they prefer to be left alone. With that money and no G8 interference Africa will be better off.
