Cobalt is from Congo that has been plagued by civil war the west keeps going by selling weapons. Cobalt is what is needed to make the cell phones and lithium batteries. What you have given you took way way way way way way more in return okay. The West never plays fair. What about the so called loans with predatory terms? African leaders can't call out the IMF or World Bank for fear of coup or civil war or assasination. The last Head of State in Nigeria who dared questioned the Europeans about the loans they gave Nigeria died suddenly and mysteriously. Don't ever talk about the west giving Africa anything. They never come with good intentions. NEVER!!!
