Fourth Amendment - The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

" it's like the chief doesn't even get that he's admitting to "numerous" amounts of wrongdoing and violating the rights of the people in the community by his officers. And as for an apology? Come on now. Cops don't apologize. It's a sign of weakness and an admission they did something wrong and neither of those things can ever happen.

  13. Yep, small towns and rural America everywhere but it's worse in states like Arkansas, Texas, Missouri, Mississippi, and other majority Red states. And it's what a lot of Republicans, especially he MAGA ones, want it to be like everywhere.
