  34. The Russian economy is still doing great. This measure is simply there to cool the economy down because it's expanding so rapidly, it's overheating. Btw, just a week or two ago, the Western-dominated World Bank upgraded the Russian economy to #4 globally. It has displaced both Germany and Japan by now.
