  5. the first thing we were taught in VET college is that you can't diagnose well over the phone...or nowadays computer. Ppl always don't mention something that you need to know and you can't examine the whole patient. Something important often gets messed.

  18. in our city in Canada, we have one of the top 10 Universities. We kind of lost respect for "smart ppl" when the city had to put pedestrian stoplights all around the University to stop the smart ppl from getting squished by cars. My friends and I could cross the street by ourselves when we were 6 yrs old. The kicker is that there's a right turn lane from one main street to another....cars don't have to stop, but they do yield to other traffic. For yrs the city just assumed that the University ppl would stop for the cars....then the city put a sign up for a couple of years saying "wait for a gap in the traffic". This year they finally gave up and put a button for the pedestrians to push that will stop the cars so the smart ppl can cross a single lane by themselves.

  20. WELL, actually Netflix has paid them a half million $$ signing bonus, and that's all so far. They don't owe the Harkles another dime unless they produce something watchable. Spotify wasn't so smart...they paid them a big chunk of money up front for a podcast a month. Unless the Harkles start before the end of '21, Spotify is suing for their money back. ps their first podcast was actually their 3rd....the first 2 were un-airable.

  23. well, yeah he's upset that he was committing a crime by paying for porn pix from minors, and is REALLY upset that he got caught. Clearly the beebs did nothing .....Huw only found out that he was charged with this a few days ago. NOW there are 3 OTHER ppl. who have charged Huw with the same thing. Huw is toast and he knows it. I'm amazed at how sympathetic ppl are to the criminal because he has "mental health problems" and how little sympathy they have for the victims.

  30. in Canada. certain ppl are classed as "essential workers" ...like Drs and transit drivers. They are not allowed to strike....if they do anyways, the union is fined thousands of dollars per day, and the union leaders can be imprisoned.

Diana was incredibly jealous of Tiggy, because the boys loved her, and threatened to splash the abortion news around the world. Tiggy looked her in the eye and said "if you do, i'll sue you!" Diana immediately backed down.

Spotify made a dreadful mistake with the Harkles....they paid them a LOT of money up front, for a podcast a month. They produced one (the rumour in the States is that one was actually their 3rd, but the other 2 were unairable) Last fall, Spot was threatening to sue for their money back. Netflix was smarther...other than a half a million signing bonus, the Harkles haven't been paid a dime.....Harry is paying for the film crew from his inheritance. AND there's a clause in the contract that says no Harkle can say a word about any other Netflix production, which means the Crown can trash Diana to their heart's content, without fear of Harry suing them.

I kind of suspect that's what happened here when she heard about Nelson Mandela day. At least they got an all expenses paid trip to NY, posh hotels, swanky restaurants (where there was a blow up because Megs wanted the whole room....which seated 50....for herself and 5 others, and the restaurant said no, we've a birthday party of 15 booked, which has been booked for ages.) and private jets. The rumour in the States is that Harry was paid to give the speech as well.

  43. especially when Megs HUSBAND had a therapist and was the Chairman of a Mental Health charity....she couldn't ask HARRY for the number of his therapist? THAT;s why a lot of ppl doubt Megs word. Also it doesn't help when she says she had a secret wedding (she didn't) Harry said he never rode a bicycle when he was small (hundreds of pix of Harry on a bike, being taught by Charles, came out) they said that a Royal family member said something racist (Megs said that it was when she war pregnant, Harry bounces in a bit later and says it happened before they were married....OOPS Harry!!)

  49. we have similar problems to the Met Police in Canada....only it's the paramedics and firefighters. There's now a by law that says you have to have aisles 4 feet or more wide everywhere in your house or small apt, because they've had to hire women to be fair, and the ladies aren't strong enough to carry you out. They need to be able to run a gurney through your place everywhere.
