Finally , A Historian who truly recognises Mughals and Turkic muslim dynasties as foreign invaders and not some "Great local rulers" .In India , some specialised "experts and historians " are hell bent on giving these islamic central asian invaders an Indian color and glorifying them while at the same time hiding their atrocious activities and discrediting local rulers who actually resisted them like Maharana Pratap, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Samrat Krishnadeva raya , Ahom Senapati Lachit Borphukan , 10th Guru Shree Guru Gobind Singh, Gurubhakt Banda Sign Bahadur , Maharaja Ranjit Singh Rana Sangha , Raja Hasan Khan Mewati ,Hakimkhan Suri, Shamshera Bahadur, Prithviraj Chauhan etc .

@husseinbonaud1883 while I do agree with you that Mughals gave India some Indo Islamic arts but have you ever heard of majestic Temples and Palaces in South of India. Southern India has some of most wonderful arts and geometrical designs of all time and that too carved on stones and melted into metal works. the Temples of Mahabalipuram, Madurai , Tiruvanthapuram , Puri , Tirupati , Hampi , Ellora , Khajurao , Bhubaneshwar etc Even North India used to had many Buddhist stupas, Hindu temples like Somnath Mandir Martand Temple, Sanchi Stupa, Sarnath,Gyanvyapshi, Kashi Viswanath, amazing forts like those in Chitoorgarh , Udaipur, universities like Taxilla and Nalanda , Harmandir Sahib etc. but before the mughals , the turkic dynasties of delhi sultanates, specially the ghoris and khijis attacked, ransacked and looted many of these sites and filled their treasuries with them. and the Mughals with the exception to Akbar (even Akbar did this sometimes) kept this practice same of attacking and looting .especially under tthe likes of Babur Aurangzeb , it was lot worse because Hindu Temples were destroyed everywhere and on their destroyed bases mosques were built.The Gyanvapsi mosque is the biggest example of all. and those who opposed mughals, most never wanted to be subjugated by other rulers and to subjugate others. especially with the policies of Mewar which was hostile to any another kingdom. Plus the Marathas were the first rulers to actually invent the concept of modern nationalism into Indians as the ideas of "Swarajya" which means self rule. Marathas actually fought Mughals on Land and Europeans at sea for their ideals . and that's why marathas are my favorite. because even a Muslim ruler can be a part of Swarajya as long as he keep his connection iwth his cultural roots intact.a Great example is that Peshwa Bajirao 1 married the muslim rajput princess of Bundelkhand Mastani Bai, and their Son Samshera Bahadur chose to follow Islam in his late parent's honor as a part of Swarajya , but still he never deviated from the path of Swarajya.

@UrMomEatsShitt Even Germany (ww2 timeline) were using messengers on foot, horses, Mules to bicycles for message transportations at some point ( unlike France or Poland , they were just additional options for Germany since Radio was the prime means of communication, until the war boomeranged inside Germany) . The Japanese also did the same despite having some good motorcycles and radio communication system . The Finns took it far with the use of Reindeers/ Elks for communication .
IMO ,the Commonwealth , American and Soviets were the only armed forces who almost or entirely quit using ww1 methods to establish communications.
for the Commonwealth (in case of Britain's Asian colonial forces like British Indian army ) , they still relied on Horses, Mules , messengers on foot and bicycles , sometimes even oxen and water-buffaloes in the Burma campaign as well as in other Pacific theaters, before being replaced by Jeeps, Universal Bren carrier and Motorcycles .
So that leaves us to Americans and Soviets ,who owing to their Geographical borders, have to quickly progress in faster means of communication, especially radio communication. although the Americans outpaced everyone else in wireless communication, the Soviets were the first to close the gap through massive railway infrastructure and mass manufacturing of motor-vehicles to airplanes , followed by the Brits .
