@jegelsker99gmail The suspect tases one officer, and fires the taser again at this officer. In the moment, I don't expect the officer to sit and recall how many times that taser was fired, all he knows is that he is being shot at. Also, if he stole the taser, maybe he also stole the officer's gun as well. In the moment, he doesn't have a lot of time to react, which is why one shouldn't fire a weapon on an officer, or anyone else, and expect them not to respond. He took away the option to be tased, so now the gun is used.
