And it's sad that you're basically the only person talking about this on youtube for real: wherever your turn you see either "what were the most evil popes in history!?!?!?!" or some obscurely grotesque propaganda videos. Not only one can see that you are a PhD in Medieval history but you also talk to people with a language that they can understand and explaining them the extreme nuisances of having a historical culture and actual intelligence of ecclesiastical history. I'm amazed, please keep these videos coming

  14. I think that this channel is so intelligent that when people look at it don't even understand what it is. About this video, and the tons of others you made just on this topic without even concentrating it too much, I've never found a single person in my life who was able to teach me High Medieval European history in such a way. All I heard in my life about this period was "vikings": when you actually start understanding what continental Europe really was you start questioning practically everything not just about what you've been told but why the sheer scale of Western civilization accomplishment was hidden to us
