For many jobs, many do not require a degree. FOr me, l only need the degree in CHIna to get a working visa.
Foreigners in CHina will also be more valuable that local citizens. This is a fact! FOr example a fresh grad teaching in China, for a 1st tier city, can easily make 15-25k+ WHile a fresh grad of a Chinese adult, if lucky, 8k. It is not wonder, why some fresh grads don't like us foreigners. They think, they work just as hard as we do, maybe more. In the end, we make MORE than them in EVERYWAY.
Some even say, we are stealing their job.
I say, yup, I am.
Or they say, go back to your foreign land, we don't want you
I say, apparently the company I work for, needs me.
Any jeolous fresh grad say shit about us foreigners, l rub my contact in front of their face, showing them my 6 fig USD salary (converted from RMB)

ALL these leftover/mature women, all believe they are exceptional and unique. NEver have they thoughf of what men wants. They only think what they can GET from men from their undesireable CV in the marriage market.
For men, their CV is on their face and body, no papers gained at institutions.
For men POV, they can't afford those mature women with their high life style, high consumptions.
Men go for 20s, bc not only they are young, they are innocent from society, have not shaped by society's opinion or peers. We men want fresh off the boat/uni. Fresh = no work experience, no life experience, fresh and new and simple.
Men can shape their mindset that is why establish and well off men in their 30-35 go them. It is a good trade. He provides comfort and living experience, when she gives him her youth and beauty.
By marrying the left over = higher chance for divorced.

No one force them to take large loans for the house. To the woman crying, your decision your responsiblitity, your emotions. I don't see people complaining or crying when their housing value shot up? Cry your own sorrows at home, that is not fully paid for and belongs to the bank, because of their mortgage. They buy because others buy. They buy believing the housing value will always rise. THey buy to keep up with the jones. Ha. Always buy within your means. No money, rent! THat is the problem with Chinese people, they must buy property. Fine, l get that. But if one can't afford and then take out millions in RMB, no one force them. Their fault, their problem, their culture.
A 10 Million rmb house in a first tier city like BJ or SH, that money can buy a mini mansion in America. And it is only an apartment, not a house. A mini mansion in US, with that amount of money, not only do you get a house, but the land is yours!

Always have a backup plan. DO not put all your mables in one basket. These Chinese people were overly confident. And want to "show" off that they also have a home to their peers and neighbours and friends. By taking HUGE loans, millions in rmb, is a big risk. Lesson learned too late. Now they lost everything. Being overly confident is a death trap. One should have at least 3 million rmb in a 1st tier save before even buying. FOr example, have at least 70% funds and then take out the 30% as a loan. But many chinese are opposite, down payment of less than 20% and take out 80% loan. THey never consider: What if we lost our job. WHat if the company goes bankrupt, what if we get laid off, what if there are unexpected cost, like medicial. Many Chinese people in CHina have poor managmenet or finanical literacy. They only think "the moment". I would never buy a house/apt in china unless i have MILLIONs in the bank, at least 4 million to buy a 5 million.
And saying, they know nothing about the economic and economic bubble is just pure stupidity. Housing price CAN"T rise forever and those believed it well. Even those without economic degrees have a better understand than those with economic degree.
And those buying car, think it is a NEEd. No, it is a want. And cars have a depreciating value as it ages. WHen someone tells me he/she needs a car, l sigh. Their priority is reverse. ONe might argue, it is because my job is far away. I guess, they miss calcuate time, fuel cost, mental stress of traffic. If the job is too far, find a job that is closer. Owning a car is like raising a child. Needs: food, insurance and maintennce , space, etc. It is a big cost owning a car as a middle income family.
