Thought process of a Trump supporter 1. He didn’t do it 2. Okay he did it but it wasn’t wrong 3. Okay it was wrong but it wasn’t illegal 4. Okay it was illegal, but everyone else does it too 5. No one else does it? Well that’s just how he operates. This is just presidential harassment by the “true” criminals, the Democrats Trump = above the law
9
What about their misconduct? Please tell me which laws they’ve broken
3
@UCuUwFMBt1ZMy-CiAEc7qxhg So if the answer is NO, why are you getting upset? Looks like we are both in agreement that Kanye was in the wrong. We agree.
2
Prove a crime? The act of not letting Congress see the whistleblower complaint itself is a crime he is committing at this very second. Not to mention obstruction of justice. The question is not whether he committed a crime. It’s whether Republicans care. Law and order party my ass

Ą†řąχΜФґğЄ There you go again twisting quotes and context. What Hillary Clinton said only sounds that bad when you peel away all the context. Republicans kept asking her why she didn’t know within hours that Benghazi was a coordinated terrorist attack Ms Clinton, growing more frustrated with the senator’s line of questioning, gave a stern response. “With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans,” she said. “Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night who decided that they’d they go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?” Doesn’t sound nearly as bad. But the full quote doesn’t work for bullshit Republican talking points On the other hand now we have an incompetent president on record committing a crime
2
Python PogChamp The Ukrainian top prosecutor said 3 days ago there was no evidence of criminal activity by the Bidens. None. Period. This is just presidential harassment by the “true” criminals, the Democrats Trump = above the law You’re between steps 3 and 4. Soliciting help from a foreign country for an election is highly illegal. And it doesn’t even need to be criminal for Congress to remove him for abusing his office for personal gain
2
@sregginfuk I didn't say the USA is a mess. I was questioning the other guy who said the USA is a mess. I said I like the direction things are going. I'm a patriot.
2
But there are 27 Amendments to the Constitution. It is fluid
2
@big_goat I guess you forgot that he ran in 2020 and got nowhere.
2
@big_goat What would you like me to search my soul for and reflect on? Or you just mad that Kanye is a joke who just outed himself as a white supremacist
2
Why? They’re literally doing their jobs
2
Clinton was impeached by Republicans for far less (which is why he got off). This on the other hand is Republican hypocrisy at its finest. Republicans know this man is crazy and they say it to themselves behind closed doors, but in public they will defend him to the grave. Why?!?
2
Dom Sosa Withholding the whistleblower and trying to extort an foreign country into investigating his political opponent. Both are crimes. Not to mention profiting off the presidency by always spending taxpayer money at his hotels and golf resorts. Finally, refusing to hand over his tax returns to Congress when it is clearly written in law that his administration “shall furnish” them to Congress. HE IS CORRUPT
2
bverji The Russians didn’t “give information” on Trump colluding. What are you talking about You think that because every intelligence agency concluded that Russia meddled in the election that it’s because Russia told them so? Are you saying that the ONLY way we know Russia interfered was that Russia admitted their guilt?
2

Dmitriy Gula Thought process of a Trump supporter for every scandal 1. He didn’t do it 2. Okay he did it but it wasn’t wrong 3. Okay it was wrong but it wasn’t illegal 4. Okay it was illegal, but everyone else does it too 5. No one else does it? Well that’s just how he operates. This is just presidential harassment by the “true” criminals, the Democrats Trump = above the law You’re at Step 3
2
Dmitriy Gula It is illegal to solicit or accept contributions of any value from foreigners for an election. He solicited foreign interference in the election. He blatantly broke the law and released the evidence himself because he thought that phone call was okay. Morally and ethically challenged But it’s not just the crime. It’s the cover-up. It’s the witness intimidation. There is no upside to this. He will be impeached. Republicans in the Senate will have to decide what is acceptable behavior out of a U.S. president. What if Obama had done it? What if Hillary had done it?
2
adelgado75 Clinton was impeached (charged by the House) but not removed from office (by the Senate) because it takes 67 senators to remove a President. It’s a two-step process. Also Clinton was already in his second term when he got impeached.
2
It's not going to go public. He would need to partner with an investment bank to make that happen, and no investment bank is going to destroy their reputation just to help him.
2
@ctrl2378 Reputations don't recover from racist rants. I challenge you to find a single celebrity whose reputation recovered after a racist rant.
2
J J You want a president who can’t win on his own??
1
He slipped up by revealing his racism? Is that how you see it? The problem is not that he's a white supremacist, it's that he said it out loud, is what you're saying?
1
@vermiliongourd4619 Funny how you drag BLM into this, as if that has any bearing on his recent actions. You don't condone hate speech, you just don't think there should be any consequences for promoting white supremacy. Kinda sounds like you do condone it.
1
@vermiliongourd4619 The term "cancel culture" is used way too broadly. Some wrongs deserve to have you cancelled. And that definitely applies to what Kanye did. It was no a mistake. He was incredibly forceful with his bigotry. And the consequences would have been the same 20 years ago. There was no triggering, race-baiting, or political movement. There's just what he said and did and the obvious and necessary consequences. No need try to be all smart and philosophical and try to overcomplicate it.
1
@vermiliongourd4619 Kanye is vocally anti-black and anti-Jew. And he openly promotes white supremacist ideology. He the Black white supremacist from the Dave Chapelle skit. Stop trying to overcomplicate it and cover for him while blaming everyone else for having a reasonable response. He is a bad person who is facing consequences. You are the only one trying to bring politics into it to excuse his white supremacy.
1
@vermiliongourd4619 What you're saying is unrelated to the current controversy. That's why I'm ignoring it. You're ignoring what Kanye did so you can come up with a justification for his white supremacist remarks. I guess that means you share his views.
1
@vermiliongourd4619 So what about the antisemitism? LOL. You're "not in support of it," yet you're certainly spending a lot a time defending it for someone who doesn't support it. Sounds like you support it. Don't lie to yourself. What about the antisemitism.
1
@vermiliongourd4619 <----- supports hate
1
@vermiliongourd4619 No I don't think I'm being quick to judge. You make it very clear what you believe in by who and what you choose to defend. The average person would walk away and not even attempt to defend this mess. Free speech ..... consequences 👌
1
@vermiliongourd4619 Okay I'll ask point blank. Are you okay with what Kanye said and did? A plain YES or NO will be good enough, since you're not defending him. YES or NO?
1
@vermiliongourd4619 And yet we still agree that Kanye was in the wrong. And that's really all that matters here.
1
@vermiliongourd4619 So what you're saying is that you don't like BLM because their leadership has taken advantage of people who want to fight for black life. But you're frustrated that the super-famous celebrity who voiced your views about BLM happens to be a white supremacist - which you obviously can't support. That does indeed sound frustrating. We've all had some of our favorite celebrities turn out to be bad people though. Kevin Spacey, R. Kelly.
1
You think this is funny? Throw our fair elections and the country under the bus...as long as you get to laugh at the Dems. Blatant CORRUPTION and all you care about is Trump winning and getting to laugh at the Dems. Once again, what if Obama or Hillary had tried to extort China or Russia into investigating candidate Trump in 2016? Would you still be laughing????
1
David E Apparently you’re not recalling your history correctly. In July 2014, 57% of Republicans supported impeaching Obama. Reasons varied from “he was born outside the United States” to “a Benghazi cover-up” to “failing to enforce immigration laws” (even though he deported people at a higher rate than any other president including Trump) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Efforts_to_impeach_Barack_Obama If he had done what Trump has done, he would have been gone within 1 year just like anyone else. Trump, however, has his own fanatical cult and State TV (Fox News) to defend him
1
Yes because that’s exactly how it works in a dictatorship. Lock up your political opponents for treason!! I wonder if maybe Obama could have done that to Republicans that opposed him....?? Apparently it’s treason to be against the sitting president
1
kaitani jerome There is no evidence of corruption by Joe Biden. Donald Trump wants them to find some. And before he finds any, he wants to convince everyone they Biden is corrupt. He wants to muddy the waters so that people say “Biden is no better than Trump”. Even though there is no evidence of corruption on Biden’s part, if you repeat something enough, people will start to believe it. Trump’s whole game is to paint Democrat’s as just as bad and corrupt as him. And Fox News is there to help. And Republicans who only care about beating Democrats are there to help as well.
1
kaitani jerome kaitani jerome They have evidence. Read: transcript of Trump’s phone call released by the White House. https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2019/09/Unclassified09.2019.pdf I wonder what would have happened had Obama or Clinton pushed China to investigate a political rival (such as Trump) with no evidence other than conspiracy theories. Do you think Republicans would have sat around and did nothing?
1
You're free to prove him wrong. What would you be saying if they shot it down over land and the 7 mile long debris field hit someone's house or killed someone driving to work?
1
Python PogChamp The old top prosecutor was widely seen as corrupt. By literally everyone in the international community. Biden also supporting his firing does not make him corrupt. You and every conservative want so bad for Biden to be corrupt so you can have an excuse for what Trump did. You want to do to him what you did to Hillary Clinton. However NOTHING excuses what Trump did, NOTHING. No matter how corrupt somebody else might have been. More whataboutism.Trying to get a foreign country to interfere in our election...again...right after he got off the hook for the same thing with Russia. So stop trying to excuse Donald Trump’s corruption. He abused his office to help him in 2020. And what he did is illegal.
1
Python PogChamp I watched the video. He did not say he did anything “to protect his son.” You made that up. His son was NEVER under investigation. The prosecutor was investigating a company Biden’s son happened to sit on the the board of. And this is important: the prosecutor was INTERNATIONALLY seen as corrupt. So everyone agrees he needed to be fired. Republicans just want so bad for Biden to be corrupt because he ALSO wanted the prosecutor fired. Does it look bad. Yes. Does it make what Trump did any better? No. What he did was still ILLEGAL. What don’t you understand about that??? That’s why they had to do a cover-up. Trump is sooooo stupid More whataboutism
1
Python PogChamp If you repeat the google search I did, you will also see that it was an investigation into the owner of the energy company, not Hunter Biden, and that there is no evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter Biden himself. Everyone wanted the prosecutor fired

PresidentEricSwalwell2020 Except they have. They passed bills for universal healthcare, universal background checks, stopping climate change, and stopping election interference. Guess which party just sat on those bills and ignored them outright. So who’s not doing any work
1
PresidentEricSwalwell2020 Well let’s see. Who called Mexicans coming over rapists and murderers and drug dealers? When the vast majority are just looking for a better life in the greatest country on earth. No one turned it into a race issue. It’s very simple. Donald Trump does not like Mexicans. He doesn’t like black people (except for Ben Carson). He does not like Middle-Eastern people. He likes white people. Period. People of color having historically low unemployment makes no difference. He prefers white people. Also, Obama deported more people than Trump per year while he was in office. So Trump has NOT been successful on that front either. Finally how has Trump done more for us in 3 years than any other President? His big three accomplishments: 1 he inherited a good economy and made it better. 2 He passed tax cuts for the rich that blew up the deficit (which Republicans only care about when they’re out of power), and 3 he cut regulations and threw deals in the trash because he wanted to reverse everything done by the first black president. Tell me if I’m wrong. What else has he done besides sew division?
1
Elizabeth Clover “Conspiracy” is the actual legal term crime for collusion. “Conspiracy to defraud the United States”. Obstruction is another crime of obstructing the original investigation
1
Well he definitely did commit a crime in Georgia. That was obvious as soon as we heard the recording of him asking for 11,000 more votes so the election could be "recalculated." The challenging part is proving a corrupt mindset "beyond a reasonable doubt" to get a unanimous jury verdict. He will have some of Georgia's best lawyers defending him.
1
Bullets don't work. It would have taken hours to come down since it wasn't pressurized.
1
A socialist state can still be a republic
1
@webporta-1 The case definitely exists. We all heard Trump on that phone call begging for the to give him more votes so they could "recalculate" the results. She already said they recommended more than a dozen people for prosecution. It will now be up to the prosecutors to charge the crimes they think will win in court.
