Do you think Europeans are the only people to have committed genocide or slavery against other? These were a fact of life, in all continents, as long as humans have existed. Modern weapon, just made the process more efficient. Luckily, thanks to the efforts of the British almost exclusively. The trade in humans around the globe, is now a thing of the past. Why did that particular country spend the equivalent of $1 trillion and many lives, eradicating that trade. The simple reason was that owing others as property, was simply abhorrent and immoral.

  22. The solution is simple. The US National Debt is $35 Trillion. Why not just print another $15 Trillion, to bring the total up to a round $50 Trillion. The $15 Trillion can then just be given away. Does it matter if it makes the dollar worthless. At least everyone got their money, right?

Although, they might have had tribal areas, if they weren't too busy wandering around. "Even today this concepts can be seen through the signing of treaties". They never had treaties of any kind, until recent times. One primary reason, if you're talking about North America or Australia, being that none had developed a written language.
