@tutenvanman2715 . "Muslim oil money" ?? Trump is the one who sucks up to the Saudis. Have you seen the picture of him dancing with a sword over globe of the world? Globalist? LOL. Corbyn is actually fighting for the British people. A lot of them don't appreciate it yet but it's Boris and co who want to bin workers rights and dismantle our NHS.
2
Quite funny how UK Trumpists are clinging on to the end even as Humpty is about to be impeached. Did you see his face at the baseball game? LOL. Only idiots still believe in Trump. And only a fool would trust Boris. Ask the DUP.
2
The Tories will lose their majority without the DUP. LOL. They've shot themselves in both feet.
2
@Ladybird22373 Not illegal to buy your council house. Crikey, how many people do you want to put away? The problem is that new houses were not built to replace those sold.
2
@Paul Kaital. Odd how you again make a connection between the Brexit referendum and the American election. How are both votes connected? By roubles do you think? Who knows? But considering that the Trump administration is becoming more shambolic by the day I'm surprised that you would even defend it. Mueller is a patriot after all, and cannot be bought. Things are about to get very interesting I think, and the truth is growing louder by the hour.
2
@MrChriss000 . The majority of our trade is conducted either directly with the EU or via global EU trading arrangements. All at reduced tariffs. Are you seriously trying to sell me the WTO as a better arrangement? Really. Why did Trump refer to the WTO as "broken" and "a rip off."?
2
@fleetwoodmac4123 . How would you describe the consequences of a no deal? And remember that most of us have read the Yellowhammer report by now. And that isn't even the worst case scenario. Why is a no deal so important to you guys? I'd say fair enough to an orderly exit. But no way to no deal. it's madness.
2
Could have been another bus slogan. Do you hate the French and Germans more than you hate illegal immigrants? Vote Stupid.
2
@greeny202ab . Don't bite anyone Greeny. We've got more than enough nutters already. "We demand sovereignty!" Except when it gets in the way. "We want strong borders!" Except in Ireland.
2
@greeny202ab . For me it's not actually a matter of leaving or staying. It's a matter of what we have instead. I notice that even you concede that Brexit will come with some hard consequences. But that really isn't what the majority of leavers voted for. Brexit has been as miss sold as PPI.
2
Then how come the righty media isn't supporting Labour?
2
@gangstagamegangstagame4467 Or you could just provide a list and some details.
2
@myrarobertson7157 . Wasn't the backstop our idea?
2
Yep. A beneficial Brexit was never possible and the EU were never going to compromise on Ireland or a level playing field. Only the Brexit brethren believed that a deal would be easy. Only they believed that they needed us more than we needed them. But now reality looms.
2
M Grey . Have you at all noticed how the IRA are no longer bombing our cities? Would peace have been achieved if Corbyn had not spoken to Adams and others? We should all thank Corbyn really. And give the silly insults a miss. It just makes you sound juvenile.
2
Boris is just a scheming liar by the way. Only a fool would trust him. LOL. Ask the DUP.
2
On his toes.
2
@unvaxxedirishpureblood6102 . LOL. TrumpKek. Could you be any more Alt-Wrong? But how is it stupid? Trump wants deploy the army against his own citizens. How will that work out do you think given the sheer amount of guns in America? Do you want a new Civil War?
2
Been keeping an eye on Greggs for a while now. My suspicions were first aroused when I noticed several Belgian Buns on the counter. I ask you. Could they be more flagrant? I also observed a swarthy man buying an Apple Danish. The proof is in the pudding.
2
@davidkerslake267 . Do you not grasp that we had more warning, more time to prepare. So what went wrong?
2
@davidkerslake267 . You've gone off at a tangent. This is about PPE, which is obviously essential when facing a pandemic. When did the WHO warn of a pandemic? And when did the government react to that warning? If it was the next day the government are in the clear. But if they delayed then they are guilty of negligence. Simple.
2
@annoyingbstard9407 . More obtuseness then. How can we blame the Civil Service if they don't get the call, if they haven't been instructed? Who's running the country? Who takes overall responsibility? And why are you so desperate to deflect any from Boris and co?
2
@annoyingbstard9407 . I know that it doesn't work back to front. And national emergencies are a matter for Westminster I think. Is that not the case?
2
@davidkerslake267 . Dealing with a pandemic of this scale is new to us perhaps, but not unprecedented. Many countries and health agencies have also modelled and simulated such a threat. And that being considered I find it hard to understand how something as essential as PPE was overlooked. Common sense alone should have triggered mass preparation two months ago. If it was but demand simply outstripped supply then the government could have done no more. But if they failed to act then they also failed all the NHS staff who have lost their lives. Something which can only be described as negligent. It's as simple as that.
2
Italy gave fascism a fling once before and it ended badly. Salvini should stay clear of gantries when it all goes wrong.
2
Sadly we have entered an age of doublethink bullshit, and their name reflects that.
2
@ Bo. Does that stand for body odor? Why do you assert that more people than ever want to leave the EU? Prove it.
2
Into a ditch?
2
Just another Tory knobhead dishing it out to someone who can't fight back. Would he have done it to one of the Greenpeace blokes? A lot of them are pretty tough geezers actually. Anyone else fancy ramming a whaling ship in a dinghy?
2
Alll those folks up north who voted CONservative must be delighted to see their workers rights go in the bin. What a result for them. Christmas must have come early. But hang on a sec.....
2
@M. DeV. Austerity was homegrown. The Tories have even owned up to that one. Which is rare. The rest of your comment was just ideological claptrap. Save it for when you're down Spoons with the other believers.
2
@KensAdventure007 . 10 years of Tory rule has delivered what? Virtue signalling is just a dumbass phrase used by those with no morals to diminish those that do have them. So go and find some.
2
@dodgeyhodgey5301 . That is a prediction yet to see any validation. The argument here is whether Brexit has (and will) cost jobs) The real issue is about honesty though. Those that were selling Brexit knew this and should have been honest with us. I knew.
2
mjt1658 . It's just a fact. The Tories were in decline, losing votes and members to UKIP. Cameron only offered a referendum to woo them back. (He was a remainer remember) But then the result was Leave, and they didn't have a plan. (they still don't) And we really are a laughing stock. Read what the Washington Post has to say about Brexit or The National Post.
2
He took action on this. And has sacrificed this by-election to do so. What more do you want?
2
@snizami A lot of this criticism sounds rabid to me. All so snappy and desperate. So what was the first allegation about Ali? Was it that he liked a social media post? I interpret all this as Starmer assessing the full details then taking action. Saying that action should have been taken earlier seems a bit of an overreaction when the outcome has been exactly the same.
2
@UNCOOL. But you're only making a facetious allegation. And I suspect only doing so as a deflection strategy. The truth remains though. Cambridge Analytica have definitely been up to something.
2
Liam Fox assured us that getting a deal would be "one of the easiest in human history" Rees-Mogg told us that the "EU was not ready for a no-deal Brexit." But now we arrive at Jeremy Hunt's "No deal by accident." So who voted for an accident? Surely only a fool would vote for such a thing.
2
Just a dream for some. A nightmare for most of us. But won't happen anyway.
2
@emm_arr . This lot have been hammering the Trump voter fraud myth for the last few days. Real mental BS. But I laughed when I saw this Channel4 page. It's like a red rag to a fascist.
2
Mick Williams . Perhaps you should tell all those Labour people who voted leave that they are "far left sc*m" What do you think will happen when Boris fails to get a thing from Brussels? What will happen when parliament blocks his proroguing strategy? What happen if Boris does somehow force an exit in October? GATT 24 has been refuted by the WTO itself. Canada has refused to rollover our existing arrangements. How are our companies going to trade efficiently under WTO arrangements? Seriously fella. Grow up!
2
Where's the ERG forecast just for balance? Hmm. Oh yeah, they haven't got one.
2
Never saw that coming.
2
Apparently it means selling off the NHS and taking away workers rights. Only fools and nutters would vote Tory.
2
@screamboy8 . Obvious to those of us with our eyes open.
2
+Corkey. How is a virtual border and a non-existent computer system watertight? In fact the whole ERG option could be represented as a colander full of farts.
2
Why are American right wingers chipping in on this debate? Has someone cried "FAKE" and let slip the hound dogs of misinformation.
2
You are both right apparently. (Checked on the British Library site.) And Symbioticism already explained this elsewhere. Something to do with the Magna Carta apparently. But as much as I looked I could find no reference to Facebook and the exploitation of gathered data.
2
Extension first!
2
@arlosdad . This is the heart of the con. The moneyed mafia want Brexit for their own reasons but needed to make the idea popular. Why else would they invest millions in Farage and co? Why else have their media dogs pump out propaganda and alt facts? But "the people" will never get the supposed beneficial Brexit they voted for. My sister will never see the NHS get £350 million a week. Those struggling on low pay will never benefit from tougher immigration controls. And deregulation will only mean that your working conditions will be binned. BaaaRexit.
