  5. The NTSB typically takes a year or so to produce a final report. There will be a preliminary report in a few weeks, but it won't contain any conclusions or recommendations. They are thorough and very good at what they do. They will not rush to judgment because you are impatient.

In this case there will be a court-martial — a trial. Do you think because the Navy rushed to judgment one time they should never prosecute a crime?
