  12. in the geneva convention they banned that kind of knife or spike bayonets that had multiple direction blades cause they cant be sewn up or so im told doesnt really make sense in war where people are getting blown up and everything else but call that "inhumane" lol or like how germany in ww1 wanted to ban shotgun use "cause it was too powerful"

  43. omniwing look at it this way its both and more cause each one has a 200 dollar tax stamp to go with it on top of it already being expensive to buy the gun and ammo if you go the "legal" route which isnt even really the legal route cause of the second amendment in which case you pay 200 dollars to the government to own a "destructive device" (anything over .50 caliber) and then 200 dollars on top of the 100 and something dollars each round if its stuff like explosive past a certain weight or amount thats in it

  47. 1423 171 doesnt matter that the stupid government interprets them as theyre still firearms and the second amendment makes their interpretations irrelevant is says the right of the people to keep and bear arms (which are weapons not short for firearms) shall not be infringed. an infringement is any limitation they would try to put on any weapon/weapon accessory because if they can ban an accessory they can ban all guns/weapons cause they would word it as anything that can fire a round (a trigger which is an accessorie) is banned therfore banning all guns
