@ 1:57 VEGEMITE makes Adam's video! 😊 We Aussies LOVE our VEGEMITE - since 1922 ! I always spread it thickly on my buttered toast. Great with a fried egg too. YUMMO ! 😋 Thanks for another fun and informative video, Adam. 👍🙏 M 🦘🏏😎

I LOATHE RAMSAY's SWEARING. It's totally ridiculous and unnecessary. The f word is easy and cheap language. To use it is a sign of a person who is UNEDUCATED and a BULLY when he uses it. M 🦘🏏😎

@ 3:41 "... slaughtering monks .... is very calorie-intensive work". Hilarious! 😂😂 But seriously, thank you Mr Ragusea for a fantastic and informative video! Top notch. 👍👑🤗

I have NEVER washed ANY rice! EVER! EDIT: I am an Aussie. Our rice is 100% clean.

I have a savoury palate - have never really liked cake / baking. But the science of this video is fascinating! 😎 I guess the makers of 'box cakes' want their product to be able to be made by anyone... Even non-cakers like me!!! 😁😁

Sir, I can see that you are as passionate about the EXACT RECIPE as I am.... Ha ha ha 😂 I use whatever I have on hand. (I wish I could afford beef!) And use the KISS principle. BTW, what's the "in joke"? 🤔🤔 M 🦘🏏😎

Just run a solution of the 'skin' through a gas chromatographer. That'll tell ya what's in there! 👍😄 But of course, different recipes & batches may have different results... MAYBE it's just better if it's a mystery forever? 🤔😎

What the heck is this CFA thing? Shall we now call it CFA? CFA will never make it in Australia. Promise. We Aussies need no more CHOOK options. I am done with this pro CFA rant. SHAME ON YOU, RAGUSEA. Thumbs down. 👎👎 M 🦘🏏😎

@ 0:01 I always thought that the 't' in nougat was silent and that the word was actually pronounced "noo-gah"? 🤔🤔 Regardless, the science of industrial food production really is fascinating! 🤗 Thanks, Mr Ragusea. 🙏 M 🦘🏏😎

Get over it, Mr Ragusea! Join the rest of the world and convert to metric or learn to use a metric measure. For fruits sake. 🙄😕🙄

ANOTHER excellent video, Adam! 👍🤗 You have now made me STARVING! 😋 I could easily eat about 4 of your individual 'meats loaf'! 🥰 But learning the one quarter ratio is a really good hack to have in the kitchen. Thanks, mate! M 🦘🏏😎

Another AWESOME video, Mr Ragusea. GBD !!! 👍🍻

The secret MUST be in the stock / soup. But NEVER in the OVEN. NEVER ! M 🦘🏏😎

I really enjoyed this video, so thank you Adam. 🙏 Glass making is such a fascinating and skillful process and beer making has been around for thousands of years, but it's always great to learn more. Nice one! 👍🤗 M 🦘🏏😎

Sir, you need to stop or change your weight lifting regime. Your arms are starting to look VERY ABNORMAL. The physics of food apply to our bodies and of course the entire universe. So, how and why sauces break? HEAT. M 🦘🏏😎

Mr Ragusea, This is my first visit to your videos and I love your NY style pizza recipe and method. I could eat all four of them right now!!!! 😋❤❤😋 And of course, I have now subscribed - I look forward to watching more from you. 👍 M

Ahhhh, WHICH people prefer one over the other? Who are these people? Please tell us. Or is it simply a business decision? M 🦘🏏😎

Not a single grind of fresh black pepper? Actually, green pepper would be good. M 🦘🏏😎

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't people who used the pot boiling technique use another FIRST 'pot' for flash rinsing the hot stone from the fire to clean the ash off? I totally dug this video! Very earthy. Ha ha ha 🤣🤣 M 🦘🏏😎

Great video, Sir! 👍 But I'm always HUNGRY after watching! 😋 Ha ha ha My grandmother (sadly no longer with us) and my mother have been making our family Christmas Puddings in flour lined calico cloth ever since I can remember! 55+ Years! After the initial boiling, the pudding is hung in a cool, dark, airy place (laundry) to let it age. Minimum of 3 weeks. Then boil to warm on Christmas Day. MAGNIFICENT! 💎💎 M 🦘🏏😎

@ 1:22 There is a "Chemistry Of Beer" 🍻 course? AWESOME! 😁 Were do I sign up? I hope there's a 'practical' / tasting component as well as the theory... Ha ha ha 🤣 @ 2:16 People invented civilisation "for the purposes of making beer"? Holy moly! 😲 Were they clever or just a bunch of lushes? 🥴 Seriously though, this is a ripper of a video! 👍💎 I've been drinking beer for 40 years and didn't know about the malt base variation, so THANK YOU Adam! 🙏😇 M 🦘🏏😎

All of those meals LOOK GOOD ENOUGH TO EAT, Sir! Ha ha ha 😂 Seriously, an awesome cooking lesson for anyone interested in eating well and not wasting precious food... Thank you! 🙏 M 🦘🏏😎

@ 16:12 "... Living long enough to get ..." I think you are spot on, sir! I'll never forget what a Biology Professor once mentioned in class - 'If you live long enough, you'll get everything.' 😁 Wooh! But a great video. Thank you. 👍 It's great that you show all of your process. And I'd really like some beef jerky right now! 😊 M 🦘🏏😎

Seems like a very clever bit of kit. M 🦘🏏😎

I have NEVER BOILED a potato of any kind in my life! 😲😲 (I'm now 57.) I have only ever cooked spuds in the microwave or (when I'm out camping) in foil in the fire pit. Cooking method shouldn't make a difference, surely? This is all about potato STRUCTURES.... M 🦘🏏😎
1
"Games don't really make sense, sometimes." Out of the mouths of babes... 😁 M 🦘🏏😎
1
I have heard that there may be some POTATOES in high altitude South America that are blue on the inside. Is this true? @ 10:59 " .... us animals ..." The CORRECT ENGLISH is "we". PLEASE LEARN CORRECT ENGLISH GRAMMAR if you wish to educate. M 🦘🏏😎
1
I'm glad that I only cook and have never been into a gym in my entire life! 😂 But as you discovered with your 'baby on the floor' story, cooking and lifting both have a basic purpose. A purpose that may be different for different people.... M 🦘🏏😎
