There's more people in those 2 places then there are in Montana, both the Dakota States, Iowa, Wyoming, but THOSE places have 2 Senators each and at least 2 Congressman.

  7.  @TheWingnut58  while I agree with you, my point is that Puerto Rico and the greater DC area both have more American citizens each then those States that actually have 2 Senators in the US Senate and at least 1 US Congressional seat. My greater point is that those 2 areas SHOULD be made into US States and provided 2 US Senators and they EACH would have at least 3 members of congress. Why aren't they? Because they both would be Democrat strongholds.

Many of those people hanging onto those planes weren't people who worked with American forces and weren't vetted to come here. No they didn't notify the Afghanistan government because of security reasons. The Afghan government was corrupt and would have told anyone that we were leaving. That alone would could have put our forces at risk. "Arm the Taliban"? Are you dense? Those RIFLES they got and obsolete equipment were actually PROVIDED to the Afghan Army... legally. They failed to use those weapons and surrendered without a fight. How is that President Bidens fault? Who was it that oversaw the training of those people? PRIOR ADMINISTRATIONS. President Biden got us out of that shithole country and we're better off for it. You never gave a damn about Americans dying in Afghanistan before, so why now? Over 70 Americans died while Trump was President in Afghanistan, did you get upset about THAT? Of course not. Why? because you didn't hear about it!

The other in Florida is being stretched out by a trump appointed judge who hasn't made a decision on 8 different motions made by trump attorneys. Michael Cohen, Hillary Clinton, others have taken the witness stand. Do you think trump should? He says he's being prevented from speaking, he can tell his story from the witness stand under oath.

If you're talking about Dreamers they weren't brought in by the government and millions of them live, work and pay taxes. Is it wrong to give these new people the same opportunities? What if they become great Americans like the girl who won Olympic Gold in gymnastics? Or the Congresswoman from Michigan? We have an employee shortage on a grand scale because millions of Americans don't want to go to work for minimum wages. You think these people would turn down a job now? I do believe they should be processed, and based on their skill levels (many Afghan refugees have higher levels of education, did you know that) and they are coming here with that knowledge. I think of German refugees from WWII who came here and look at what they have done for the country. What is it about these people that makes you think the won't give and contribute to our prosperity like other groups from Europe have done?
