My favourite thing is living on a street which is supposed to have bus service which is every 10 minutes or less, and then regularly waiting 20 minutes or more for that "10 minutes or better" service. And when the bus finally does show up, there's another one right behind it. 20+ minutes of nothing, then two busses at once. The longest I remember waiting for the TTC's "10 minutes or better" bus was 27 minutes. It got so bad I used to file complaints on the TTC's website about the wait on that bus route constantly being much longer than 10 minutes. And this was a major route too.

  2. Is there no equivalent to an Ombudsman or Office of Inspector General at the relevant New York government departments, whose job it is to investigate these sorts of things, that you can take this matter to?

  3. If YouTube really cared about misinformation, they'd bring back the dislike counter. If it really cared about misinformation, YouTube would flag pretty much every video uploaded by the corporate "news" networks.

  11. I would be interested to know how many of those people who quit did so because of COVID vaccine mandates by their employers, or due to persistent and seemingly never-ending COVID restrictions imposed by their employers.
