Why would any smart person move out, spend a lot on rent while they could keep living with their parents, split some bills (so they don't get too mad about that), then save a lot on rent and put down a huge down-payment when you're 30 so you can have a small mortgage and actually own something that you don't pay rent and have some piece of mind while you try to build a career or a business for the longterm.

There's genetic evidence that races do exist in the homo sapiens, dogs are much more genetically similar that the humans, yet they have races and are completely different and have different behavior, that 2% Neanderthal DNA does make a huge difference it seems. Those people are not the same as the European/Asian/Persian Homo Sapiens Sapiens, they're an older branch and they have no point living in out modern society. Ironically it was described in the bible the there were a group of lesser humans closer to the animals than to God, the bible is anecdotal, but it is a record of what people were saying, so that time there were already people that knew this was the truth, the truth doesn't change even if parts are rewritten later. Now we have genetic evidence and very modern studies that came out in 2014 saying that. See what they did to the places when the Europeans left ? it all crumbled, they cannot maintain complex agricultural civilizations and will always live in the tribal stage, period. I strongly believe the Neanderthals were smarter than the Homo Sapiens, they lost because they were basically autistic people and very bad at socializing.

  18. if they are that good at making game engines they should focus on that. but nanites are horribly optimized, they keep saying "nanites". I'm literally recreating nanites in my own PBR game engine because I wanted more optimization. They're basically being lazy and taking real video footage and using that as a huge texture and using nanites for that, but nanites are basically auto-mipmap. sure, it make the game looks like a movie, but it runs like shit.

  20. 10% loss is basically getting just 6 months behind, it doesn't really matter when the gains are 200% every 10 years. If I had stocks I wouldn't even look at it, it doesn't even matter if everyone is also 6 months behind.

  23. $100 is not a lot when the cost of running GPUs is $4/h on average, videos use a lot of them at the same time, lets say 16, they probably allow you 30 min per day. Seems like it cover the costs, would you believe it or not. Mind that a GPU used for this costs around $40K

Woman can be strong and independent but they have to earn it like everyone else. That's called writing, I blame humanities courses and their indocrination, they ruined story-telling. Geez, the character arc is so basic, you can't just plot a god character already made, just be "she is a woman", its boring as hell, and stup1d.

I'm a programmer and I didn't consider myself senior before having 7 years of experience. University degrees don't matter much, I always hated the smugness of my peers. Of course I have a degree too, but experience matters more.
