  5. Today, the Philippine looks like an "outcast" in Asean. Its mouthpiece on foreign policy is a mouthpiece of its old grand master (the USA). No country in Asean has foreign military basses except the Philippines. When a country has foreign military bases, like the Philippines has, it has already given up its sovereignty rights to function as a sovereign country. Still living in the 50's ,60's, 70's mindset. It believes so strongly in colonialism and neocolonialism. And expect other Asean countries to follow blindly its colonialism and neocolonialism step path.
