If the govt deems it to be 18, then any other prescribing view, is verbal masturb*tion ... a single judge can not be a determiner of this age.   33. @PRINT What is stark about the great divide environment that is the normal today is that both the majority & the minority feel persecuted . Both perceive they are being shortchanged, respectively by two opposite aspects of discrimination - One by inequalities created by other being positively discriminated & the other feels they are always negatively discriminated. One can not solve the problems of latter without first solving the problem of former, because the Government will always be elected by the former.

  40. This is a deep issue. Even in supportive environments, ignorant empathy is an issue - it is difficult for a non-professional who has not experienced altered states of mind to really understand. You can't just "snap out" of depression or a manic episode, for e.g.. This why access to therapy and trained professionals becomes a must, regardless of the nature of individual's environment.

There is a very recent Doordarshan series "The Hidden Kitchens of North-East" that is also a fantastic introduction to cuisine of the NE states (available on youtube).. worth watching and even trying out recipes. Some of the ingredients are available from specialty online stores but the fresh greens ones require subs... still quite a few recipes that can be made at home successfully.
