  1.  @miraclemaker1418  Example: I might want to build a big hotel as I have the biggest "territory" in the area.. But according to LAW, the small hut of my neighbour prevents me from doing so as it cuts the only access my territory has to the main road.. According to LAW, the hut owner needs to sell it to me first.. Or we can simply reach an agreement where I will pay him a small percentage from my earnings annually.. I cannot simply ignore the LAW and demolish his hut, just because the LAW conflicts with my self-interest.. And the rhetoric of "laws are just human made" wouldn't fly in any court of justice. ..

  2.  @miraclemaker1418  First of all, you illegally occupy Cyprus as well.. You are just a rogue country that obeys the laws and invokes them only when it suits them.. Your rhetoric further confirms this.. Secondly, UNCLOS should be the end of maritime disputes.. Just implement it everywhere and you need no conflict.. To further my aforementioned exemple, I would never murder the hut owner and then claim that I did it because "the law is incompetent"....

  5.  @miraclemaker1418  The ICJ is incompetent but for a different reason.. It cannot enforce its decisions unto rogue countries who simply refuse to obey the law, as it doesn't have an army/police to carry out the enforcement ....
