  17. There is something like a global market price. Why would Exxon sell its oil at a discount in the US if it can get more exporting it. If the US doubles production it will lower market price, but then OPEC is unhappy and will cut production so market price goes up. Why do so many believe politicians. Drill baby drill mainly benefits the Exxons of this world.
