@edwardvalivonis23 : Your child ONLY gets a British passport, IF Britain had an actual agreement, of transferral of passport, with your own home country to begin with. Get it ???? For me.. it is very clear, cos I just move around the commonwealth realm. For anybody outside of that, if you were in the EU.. then it follows EU laws.. and the agreements. If for outside of the EU and outside of the actual Commonwealth as wealth.. say like the USA... er... IT is then international laws. The problem here is that, some people are overlaying, say, outside of EU and Commonwealth laws, like global laws, onto EU cases or Commonwealth cases etc. This is why, some "skilled" individuals kept saying things like..."but this is the UN laws etc"... Er... NO...... whatever was signed before.. and before the EU was created. Don't assume just cos the EU exists, that it has actual "legal control" over absolute members. Cos they don't. And the EU does not have control over other foreign countries either !!!!!

@paulrendell8797 : In my 40 years.. I have never heard of this kind of thing. Are you saying that there are hidden clerks that takes a percentage of money from those kind of businesses, and gives it to the state for another purpose ???
Anyway, if you say that, if some chinese nationals, open weird and bad and fake businesses, as "advisory".. and charges people an arm and a leg. This is most believable. Cos an ex-colleague mentioned that his flight ticket back home was extortionate. I said... you can get it from other places. Find the cheapest one. He refuses to do that. Either he knows them, or that they are from his own hometown or something. What he isn't doing, is to stand by his own position, and not to abide by these bullies. How can a ticket be like 2-3k ? How can they offer consulate or visa info.... This is another one of those things that... if you are any remotely chinese, or have any chinese heritage. They will bully you for their charges, and to pay a higher amount as well.
Why do they want them to go home ?

I don't want to sound rude.. but even that Director... why is she doing these kind of bureacratic score keeping, and why is nobody doing the farming ? Or the food production and the farm's supply chain ? UK now have one of the BIGGEST company in food production. Compass. They supply a LOT of food to the likes of Wetherspoons.. as well as the likes of supermarkets etc. So how come, Ireland, another food producer... isn't even selling into the UK as well ? Well.. they too are using a LOT of energy... to send in over a tiny tiny small bag. If this was sold locally, and removed all bureacratic elements, like operational computers, and whatever whatever... THEIR prices would drop like a tonne of bricks. And then they could be sold at a reasonable price point for locals !!! Sell only excess ! How come countries like Japan, does not sell abroad ? They feed the locals first, who could be just down the road... from them... and not to sell abroad. They are allowed to fish locally, allowed to send in their boats to trawl in the fish... They sell locally first, even before sell regionally or nationally. Japan only sell abroad when they have increased production and excess... not a given.

esphaeraspraestans4212 : "In the west, democracies, with all its flaws tries it best to maintain an idea that everyone is represented, even minorities."
In the West, you would allow the actual individual be locked under a mental health hospital, while their child is looked after by social services, and be fed cat food. That is what you would do. And you would make him angry, cos you just caused a situation whereby he wants to knock your block off. So yeh... the child eats the food... and the dad is locked up. In the West... you would take the land of the father.. and be given to the criminal.... That is what you would do. The guy ends up being a tyrant... and killed for a living.. but that is fine, cos you would give him a second chance. (And also his relatives as well.... which then kicks off and kill more of this man's relatives abroad....).... and he would kill the same people in the UK as well... What happens ? He would take his inlaws' hard earned money... married for her money.. and then dump her and her parents. Supposedly use that bit of money for his son. While he has an actual mistress in the end. And dumped and divorced her. And then what.. has another child abroad in Malaysia.... invite all their relatives to marginalise that young boy ??? (Despite so many helped raise his family.. while he was living in prison.) Of course... invite the daughter of some PLA general as well.. why not... and it is funny how she talked about the 14K people.... whilst working for somebody that has ties to that. Under her very nose, and unknown about this at all.
Of course... this man and his relative ends up killing the relative of another man as well... for their wealth.... to feed his own people.... his pensions, his savings.. his everything.... And they cut off his tongue in the process as well. Isn't this why some people ends up in the NHS for ?? To take revenge ?? To get rid of the money ??? Out of the entire globe.. the same families can be targetted around 4 to 8 times ? How is this possible when the world is around 8 billion people ?????? Such a coincident, right ???
If there is a God... euthanasia. Give mercy.

@maywalker997 : The problem with China is the sheer numbers. Even though, say around 10% of the population is in a bad state... That adds up to around 140 million people. In Europe, a country is already a 8 million existence... I also noticed that, many online netizens have no idea how big their own country actually is ? It does not matter if not everybody has money, but as long as everybody has two things 1) shelter, and 2) food. Right now, because of how things are.. many people inside China has no shelter, and has no food !!! This is the weird thing. What they should've done is to do the reverse. i.e. Urban wealthy people do not have healthcare provision for free. They have to pay. The rural areas' people, have to have family planning, and health provisions services as mandatory, in order to control population control as well. And also to keep themselves healthy and in check. The urban cities folk, need to pass QA tests, and mandatory driving licenses and tests each year. And basic personal financial audit PER year, as mandatory or something like that. And rural folks do not. If this equalises, and it is often checked.. then why would there be financial crisis one after another ???
And when new businesses have to be started up, it also has to be controlled as well. i.e. Government has a set "decided cities" in different locations, and the different regional people need to bid for this. They must choose local workers and employees etc.

@HistoryonYouTube : A lot. A lot of people "put down" women as well... even in "global financial cities like HK"... Cos if you knew what was going on. Most of the individuals are related. They only want your foreign currencies. And even that, cannot be upheld. And there are side "gangs" everywhere... trying to trim and take down their family trees etc. Depending on who was the highest ranking, locally, regionally, or nationally. Cos they frankly don't give a damn. Really. Despite you wanting to turn them into workers... to make money, here or there etc. They don't care? When a society does not care for itself, why would they care for others? Cos they stopped believing in their own work, and their own contribution etc. Cos they couldn't see the results of their own work. That is why. (This is why societies like Japan, they make their own people work. And then they make their own people, also destroy the item that they made. Just to keep an individual more "enlightened"... and play their own role in society. i.e. Either a father, or a mother, or a worker. Or a child etc. People doesn't speak of others, or whatever.. but they keep focused on their small part. Keeping things regular. When individuals see themselves, as part of 1.4 billion, do you think that they would literally care about the 5, or the 10 people within their own social circle? They won't. And they don't ????? )

@josephho6315 : That is because China REFUSED to do circular monetary policies. It is like...in the past, the ship trading routes raised the profit level of the country. The Treasury has a lot of money. But instead of reforming asap to catch this situation. The government, and the political structure DELIBERATELY refused to do this. Even when there is like a mega big office of the World Bank INSIDE the country, it STILL CANNOT resolve its own issues ! Why ?! Why ?! So now.. we see... the provincial level state level.. can hold foreign currencies (which is scary in itself)... and then they lend it to the likes of Sri Lanka... HOW THE HECK COULD THIS HAVE HAPPENED ! .... So now, a mere "city" within China, their banks, can own an entire "country" outside of PRC. And so they shoved this issue.. into the UN level.. is this or is this not trying to provoke international feelings and cause chaos here??? Even when Britain HAD the Royal Family.. and that they ruled... what the UK did was quickly to create a structure that was fair and it was public... So where is China' responsible reformed exercise then ? When the banking crisis happened in Thailand, in HK, in Japan... surely PRC knows what could possibly happen to their own banks ? So why spend so much money, in building random and loss profit exercises like the trains? And the road system ? I have read now that, the dept of police, or whoever governs the roads, now uses AI to "catch" drivers that is like driving out of line. They automated this fine process. WTF. So this is how they are trying to recooperate their costs... cos they spent.. and now, the standard of living is going to be high for these people...
Many Western countries could do this, cos their population is small. So this is why they would have excess money to go round, but however, they structure and restructure the processes, in order to keep the circle of money in going round. i.e. Add local taxes, add local education fees. Create means-tested taxation. Tiered, and structured. etc etc etc. This is what people analyse in the UK at the very least.
But what about China ? How come they don't have their act together ?! This situation shouldn't even have happened.. and there is often this "top down" situation as well... and so.. therefore.. people keep doing these half-hearted projects, without thoughts. A life in China is like a life in the circus it seems. Always running around, always on the mobile.. always having to be lectured, or told what to do, depending on which province you happen to live in and what is their goals etc. Chaos often, and always.

@DestroyerOfLiberasts : We do.. but it is slowly being reduced and slowly erased as well.. cos the people are very transient... and this is why everybody has ran off now, used up the reserve and left the country. If you care to notice, a lot of councils are bankrupt? lol........ And many charities exists now too. lol.... And if anything, besides.. I mean, I don't know the UK's treaty and deal with Vietnam... but that child maintenance part, can indeed be chased... I mean, it depends on if anybody takes the situation to international law courts.. but basically, that man, once he signs that paper and admits to be the father... and if he left.. and went back to Vietnam, say... She can indeed use the courts, the UK courts, to get maintenance fee as well. (I don't know how many cases have happened.. but since we are near such an "international global citizens" group of people... THIS can indeed happen. And it can happen soon too. lol..... So yeh.. people assume that, once they are abroad, then their miseries are gone. It is not better. It is just the assumption that it is different... :)

@JohnSmith-i3i : I had NEVER heard of that before.... so.... and many people, used to set up orphanages, for post-war time. So that the children are not actually starved. But if wars did not happen. Then there is no need for that at all ? All or most of the religious organisation had taken the children in. The remaining children that were born out of wedlocks are also often taken into the local temples. Or those unwanted women.. i.e. mistresses, and are not allowed into people's homes. The entire "kick out of the concubine " thing.. and ended up as... "no excess children" had to happen over time. Just because the provision for taking care of children is there. Does NOT mean that you SHOULD abuse the system? And the whole idea of the "one child" policy as well.. well... what about inter-marrying? Cos in chinese policies and governance, you are locked down to your own hometown as registration. Post Mao's era, you are not supposed to run off away from your own town or villages, without reason... or permits. Cos people own their own land. So if you walk into somebody else's then isn't that trespassing any way ? It is trespassing.. actually. So... Most people travel to visit outwardly married families. Had always been as such and known as such. So... why now, this way? Which creates a form of family division ?... You do not want inbreeding, but at the same time... you do want a child... but... when somebody in your family tree married somebody else, then your position in the tree changes... so... people see the situation inside china, as too simplistic?... Maybe china needs to create a law to be explicit to say "no inbreeding under 3 generation" or whatever.... Just so that, ENGLISH readers KNOW and GETS the point !!!!!!!!
