They may fall for the most convincing presentations.

The current government is actually what I learned is fascism. Everything answers to the top leader, Before 1993 there were different powers, several institutions. As I understand it. I agree that the parliament should be able to confront the president.
1
I think this really is a quality mark on your channel. My respect.
1
Deep grief is powerful.
1
Well. I sought out Vinnitsiya on youtube and the days after it was bombed. Chelyabinsk in Family guy is even more likely to be inspired by your vlogs. Health care is not ideal in the US, unless you are well off economically or happen upon some charity.
1
You cracked me up today, 🙂
1
Roman, you are really smart. Portugal was imperial back in the day. So you have some interesting history to dig into. Something to compare.
1
@Александр911-х6л I don’t think that contributed to a peaceful future. Russians who have experienced that might think that there are real nazi’s in Ukraine, also a misinterpretation.
1
Yes, 1937 is not far off. Shocking at first. So how about real crime? Do the police care about that? Do they have time? Or are criminals too terrified to commit crimes now? .. Then lip service seems to have deep roots in the culture (?) . Not pleasant at all. Thanks for updating us.

@tjenadonn6158 seems like friendly and even emotionally intelligent people can allow despots to rule. I was figuring this when I witnessed a busdriver, maybe from Eritrea or Ethiopia. Super elegant way with passengers, lovely, friendly personality. Still we have refugees from Eritrea, and signs of despotism in Ethiopia. You may appreciate the ability to avoid conflict and promote friendliness, but somehow, some bad people make use of it. The emotional intelligence of ethiopians I know, seems to be a lot more advanced than my own kin.
1
@MICEinUS Emotional intelligence is a quality I respect.
1
I guess they were found kind of neporyadozhnye. I get why you got away.
1
I think it was the title. They do not know what is beneath the title. I would like your take on how you would put it. So I would really like to know. Just change the title.
1
Thinking of it, I recall a recent time of my life when I felt really stuck with a long term project not moving forward at all.. so I can empathize, or even know those feelings.
1
The fear, the instinctual reticence against speaking your mind, is a result of brainwashing. That was a new thought for me. But I think you are right.
1
Peace to you..

I remember my surprise hearing ABBA: Money, money, money in a big restaurant during the Soviet Union in Moscow. No advertisments in the streets, though.
1
I think it is hard for ukrainians in Ukraine to realize how terrible it might be to live in Russia now. I get it. Actually, in a way I think that things going on in Russia now is eerie, and really scary. It is not like the threat of bombs while you sleep, .. but, this spooky, not being able to trust anyone, .. . It IS SCARY what is going on in Russia now.
1
Still, I remember the father of Malala Yousafzai saying: «I did not clip her wings». And that is exactly what is going in Russia now. Wings are getting clipped, people losing their sanity. As Pushkin put it in a poem, God forbid that I ever go insane, it would be easier to be a tramp and a beggar, work hard and go hungry. .. Something to think about. I think Zelensky wants to get russians to go home and fight. That is what it is about.
1
But I am only witnessing this from abroad. Easy for me to talk.
1
@minnesotasteve many Russians don't feel the time for that is right now, I guess.
1
@minnesotasteve this is not just dislike. It is past that now. People are scared. They cannot trust family and neighbors, even.
1
Have you considered writing? You have a way with words, especially when you go in depth.
1
You sound pretty depressed. I will just acknowledge your judgement when it comes to different solutions. And I think you are realistic. Except that getting turned down for asylum makes you unwanted within borders for five years, not for life. Anyway, I just wonder if your are considering suicide or are you just feeling hopeless, but still wanting to live, come what may?
1
This is important sovremenniy stuff. Thanks.
1
Thanks for your passionate overview and expression.
1
Heard a russian in Odesa, saying things about jews that would be downright bezobrazniy where I live. So I do have an example. A likable and friendly person in other ways.
1
Take care. You make good content. Are you doing something depressing? Depressants? I can understand that with the things you know and experience. My doctor told me to focus on nice and cosy everyday things. I had come because of a shock reaction to some Stalin like happenings in Z-country. Hope you will find something good. You are not alone. Some of this is real grief.
1
You even made this interesting.
1
You are doing a good job, demasking this sheltered world of foreigners who live in Russia.
1
Take care ❤

Someone I know warned about Putin. She originally came from the Russian speaking part of Ukraine. It is something about understanding the language and the culture. You are a good communicator, Roman. You know the East and you touch the West.
1
Capitalism definitely needs limitations. There will always be poor and sick people, and in a humane society, they will survive without becoming outcasts. All who work need decent pay and reasonable conditions.
1
Congratulations ❤

You make it funny :-)

Are there skiers ?

Maybe learn the tax vocabulary in Portuguese.. Most people have annoyances. Do avoid concussions. I had two the last year. THAT slows you down..
1
Contradiction is part of fair justice systems. I listen to this as contradiction. Also you point out this lack of discernment. Although I understand that these car thing can be explained by the moscovyian signs witnessed in Donbas 2014, you point out that this is overkill. Husbands of leading politicians seem to be a liability. You have a democratic right to speak about this.
1
The King speaks to the nation at eight o’clock PM, New Year’s Eve. The Prime minister speaks at the same time on New Year’s Day. The difference is the choice of midnight, when the New Year starts. On the other hand, hugging, partying or praying, making wishes.. fireworks .. that is what fills people’s minds.
1
Interesting insight. Keep your sanity, bro. Vagueness about the Nadyezhdin in nineties indicates deception.
1
With this inflated interpretation of extremism, Ruzzia was not able to ward off the Crocus-massacre. That says a lot.
1
A player..
1
Bubble person.
1
My feeling too.
1
I trust that YOU can learn any language you set out to master. I wish you good luck with that. Your English is so good, and so fluent, that I have great confidence that you know something essential about language learning.
1
Commentators seem to com in swarms. Especially the z-types.
1
@blessedkarl5764 not everyone is Wagner. I am thinking of real russians who want nothing to do with Wagner, annexations, and "russkiy mir". They are in jail, in exile, or keeping very low profiles.
1
@blessedkarl5764 I would add that some russians who want nothing to do with Wagner do pick up weapons and do sabotage. Their actions are visible.
1
The great granddad of Pushkin, Russia’s national poet, was called «The negro of Peter the great». That is some absolutely higher rank in historical context.
1
I enjoyed this overview. Good work. BTW .. singers and performers don't all die young, so I guess the target group is fans of all ages. (Melanie Safka:"I tried to die young") As for the wheat hair. Makes me think of envy to ukrainian fields and the attempts to stop ukrainian ships from getting out of the ports of Odesa.
